The drinks here are fantastic. It tends to get packed as it is one of the places that closes the latest in Pittsfield, and with only two single bathrooms, the lines get LONG. What I disliked about this past time that I went was that there is security monitoring the place, but there were 3 people hanging out in a bathroom, having some sort of an issue. One girl came out crying, and about 5 minutes later, some guy and another girl came out. Apparently, according to other people waiting to use the bathroom, the 2 girls had been fighting? The point is, a bunch of people that needed to use the bathroom couldn't because of these people. Finally, I was able to get in, get out, let my girlfriend in after me. She had barely entered the bathroom when a security guard came and banged on the door and screamed that it was time to go. He didn't do that on the other door. We got out of there, and we went to close out our tab. There were still plenty of people milling about. We felt rushed because of what we had just experienced, but we quickly realized that no one had yelled at the people in the front that it was time to leave. Everyone was calmly closing out their tabs, while we felt panicked. We will probably end up going back because options in Pittsfield are limited, but unfortunately, it feels like they know that, so they aren't too worried about how they treat people. The waitresses are always very kind, but seemed overwhelmed.

LOVE the craft cocktails, the food, the vibe & the live music. We’ve been a few times since moving to the area & have never been disappointed. Gives me the city nightlife feel I was afraid I’d miss by moving to the country.

We were traveling and spending the night at the Hotel On North. They recommend this place for a drink and it did not disappoint. We had the cheese board with drinks and then came back after dinner. The bartenders were great! We will be back.

The drinks are okay. The food is awful, with tiny portions. The prices are too high.A common problem for folks who want to dine out in Pittsfield is that two people can spend $100 or more on a dinner consisting of really bad food, mediocre drinks, and poorly executed desserts. And, because this problem is so widespread, there really isn't incentive for restaurants to rise above the really low bar. Unfortunately, Methuselah is no exception, although we do think the service there has been helpful and friendly.Add to this that parking on this section of North can be challenging, the seating in the restaurant is somehow all very uncomfortable, and all those interior hard surfaces quickly amplify conversation levels to a deafening degree, and there really isn't any reason fur us go go back to Methuselah.I usually go into more detail about the positives and negatives of a restaurant's menu, but there was nothing redeeming about the three dishes we've tried -- all of which were four times as expensive as they should have been for the low quality and meager amount of food provided.

Great staff, I love the scallion and mushroom flatbread pizza. Great flavor and goes great with a beer. The live music and trivia night is a plus too.

My husband and I visited Methuselah Bar while we were on a road trip in the area. We sat at the bar and had such a fun time - we stayed much longer than expected. The bartender who helped us lovely to chat with and gave us advice for places to go in the area. Not to mention the drinks were delicious! We ordered the pigs in a blanket and a charcuterie plate. Both were tasty. It is a small space, but has plenty of seating, and a cozy atmosphere. We wished we would have had time to go back again!

Visited this adorable spot on a whim while in the Berkshires and it was easily the highlight of the weekend! Our bartender, Shaun, made some of the best cocktails we’ve ever had. We also had the chance to chat with him a little bit throughout the night and really enjoyed his company. Couldn’t recommend this place more!!!

The place that Pittsfield needs! Casual vibe and cool decor. Decent drink selection. Good music. Staff are inconsistent (one person was so friendly, super knowledgeable and made good whiskey recs while the other was dismissive and on the verge of rude). Overall, best place for drinks in town!

What a lovely neighborhood bar! We stopped in here after a long day of traveling to reach the Berkshires, and were greeted with live music & a relaxing ambience. The owner/bartender was incredibly kind, attentive, and she made us feel right at home. We ordered a couple cocktails, which were both excellent. I would highly recommend the Naked & Famous! Actually my only complaint is the food/drink menu was so extensive that it was hard to choose what I wanted. All around a great spot that seems perfect for locals and visitors alike.

Great food and drinks! The only downside is the volume level in the room. It's all glass with a hard wood floor, and no soft surfaces. It can get very loud, even with a soft band. 5 or 10 people talking normally sounds like a dull roar. That's literally the only downside.

Went in for some cocktails and small bites on a Saturday night. Let's start with Sean the bartender.. friendly, professional and attentive. And the food was great. Get the pigs in a blanket. Fun night.
