Foods great. Just beware when getting delivery. I asked when placing order “do you add fee for delivery” they said “no”. Bill comes. $5 fee “on the receipt” for delivery. Tip to the driver on top of that. Asked driver “does $5 delivery charge go to you”, his answer “no”. On $50 meal, $12 went to delivery + tip to driver. That’s 25% added cost. Even if tip driver nothing it’s still 10% to a 50$ bill, 20% to a 25$ bill assuming no tip to the driver. Beware of hidden delivery charge. They will tell you there isn’t one. There is. I’ve gotten 3 deliveries this month. All 3 had $5 delivery charge PLUS you tip the driver. Expect to pay 25% extra for delivery

Used to be good, not anymore. Ordered a pepperoni pizza and a salad, our whole family of 5 hated the pizza, so sooo salty and the cheese did not taste like cheese…the salad had rotten tomatoes and cucumbers on it although the red onions were fresh. Hopefully they get rid of whatever happened to them in the last month or two and go back to their old delicious ways.

Normally, this is my favorite pizza place in town because it's the only place I can eat pizza with no adverse effects. Living with Crohns, pizza is not my friend! When I picked up my weekly order the other night, I have never been so disappointed. The pizza was overcooked & had a strange taste. I'm not sure if the dough was old or if someone hasn't scraped the oven in ages! It was gross. My dog wouldn't even eat it!! My broccoli garlic Stromboli turned out to be some undercooked chicken, bacon mess that tasted worse than the pizza! I'm not sure when or if I'll be back. So disappointed!!

One party size pizza. 62 dollars was the original price. Couldn’t explain the price or show me a breakdown. Then I guess the owner came out to explain that because I had 1/2 steak and 1/2 bbq chicken on a party size that he was charging me double the $4.95 for each even though each was only on half. I was shown the party size coupon for $30 with three toppings and said that was applied but I had a few extra toppings plus they now apply a fee if you don’t pay cash. This place is terrible now. What happened?

Until recently each time I come into this establishment I have always given it a five-star rating whether it be because of customer service the taste of the food or them remembering my order however I spend $70 here every week and this week has changed my reading please understand I don't do it lightly when I change the rating it takes a little bit of convincing for me to do so. I came in tonight to pick up my order which involved a party side Pizza a small pizza two pita sandwiches and a small Greek dressing salad we live 45 minutes away so I always order anything especially sandwiches with our dressings on the side as the food gets mushy and soggy before we get home so we apply our dressings when we get home when I ordered the sandwiches I hadn't realized that I was going to get charged $2.50 for a small little container of ranch dressing when I asked about the dressings the man that responded to me said no you ordered one dressing I said no I asked for it on the side and he snapped at me telling me that unless you put it on the sandwich you're not going to get it on the side you're going to pay the $250 a piece so unfortunately after ordering every Friday night from the se establishment we will no longer be doing so I did not appreciate the tone in his voice or how rude he was to me so now we will start looking for a new hole in the Wall restaurant for pizza each week

Absolute scumbags tried to steal 82 dollars from me…placed my order with a gift certificate that they did not use and said they did. Said they would fix it but never did..so they charged me full price and stole the gift card money.,then the scumbags show up at my house with the pizza after I canceled my order.i filed a dispute with my bank and got my money back but avoid these scumbags at all costs..thieves!

Whoever they have making pizzas over there has no idea what they are doing. Ordered a chicken ranch pizza and this is what I got. It’s supposed to be a drizzle of ranch…drizzle not the whole damn bottle…

I used to order from here and only here. The last 3 times I've ordered online with my card, it declines my order but takes my money for days, with no money or food for the day I tried to order. Theres no reason for my order to even have been declined. Wrong is wrong. This is the 3rd and last time I do this. Never again ?

We were loyal customers… always great food… ordered a large pizza with onions, peppers, mushroom and 1/2 pepperoni 1/2 sausage … $42?? I asked if I heard correctly and was told because I ordered the toppings. Seriously… you couldn’t take one of the specials and delete the Hamburg? Who in their right mind charges $42 for a large pizza??? Ordered from Tyler St Pizza House instead… $21 and just what I wanted…. Pizza Works Lost a loyal customer and will make sure my medical office never orders again…. Really Bad Customer Service….

Everything was good only thing is I didn't think there was enough sauce on my pizza. Next time I'll ask for extra.

We had sat on the phone and ordered a pizza with no cheese. After receiving the pizza with cheese we called them back and told them we couldn't eat it because we have dairy allergies. There response was but another pizza.

One of the best pizza places in the Berkshires with an expansive menu containing all your favorite foods and drinks. Now with an expanded eat-in dining room and a bar to open soon. The new dining room is very nice and comfortable and the bar is brand new and very beautiful. Bar is just waiting to get Keno to open up.

Second time I’ve had this pizza in a year. Last year around this same time I tried It and I found it flavorless and the cheese was quite rubbery. I’m not sure if it was a bad night or if they have made changes but this second time it was better. I would say the sauce is a bit thin and salty (asked for extra sauce which definitely helped). I will admit I asked for sausage, pepperoni, and extra cheese, all of which could have added to the saltiness. The cheese was much less rubbery and the thick style crust (by request) was much less dense and there was a slight butteriness to it. I wouldn’t say best in the area (I haven't Tried many others at this point) but definitely better than Pizza Hut! The atmosphere could definitely use some work, the table where I sat while waiting for my pizza (which did finish around the estimated time) was sticky. They do have other seating areas but it looks very much as if they knocked down a wall from the store adjacent. Service was fine, the cashier was direct, not unfriendly, and made sure I had Everything before I left. The pizza was not cut into even pieces nor was it centered. Overall decent experience.
