Person who answered phone on my third try accused me of being rude even before I said anything other than "hello." I did not have opportunity to request an order. Accusation was because I made third call when first two calls resulted in a mechanical click. No way I could read their minds to know it was busy ---why didn't they just turn over to VM? Won't be getting my business. Also, their website has a phone number that advises that your balance is at zero and needs to be reloaded. What's up with that?

There is no dispute about how tasty this place is. Every bite tastes homemade, so you know it's made with love. They didn't have everything on the menu when we went and honestly that's okay, because just about everything looked and smelled good. It seems like someone's aunty is just cranking out whatever she does well and you've got to appreciate that.We got the pork dinners which come with salad, rice and beans. The rice was on point. The pork was delicious too and filled with flavor. Some other reviewers suggested that the meats can be dry. This was our experience, but it's likely how the food is being stored and not how it's prepared. It was still good and a decent bang for your buck, so check it out. We also enjoyed beef empanadas that were served hot and crispy with tons of juicy meat inside. The owners were really friendly and outgoing, joking and being playful with customers. It makes for a welcoming environment. We will go back.

I tried one of their Cuban Burritos. On the plus side it was large and had lots of meat. However, it was dry, had old pickles in it and flavorless rice. Also, it came with a mayo-like sauce that I could only describe as medicinal lemon merengue flavored--avoid. Loaded nachos have generous portions but similar to a soggy salad with lettuce. Have to say it was decidedly worse than a burrito at a chain-store such as Chipotle.

Finally an authentic Puerto Rican restaurant in the Berkshire's! I no longer need to drive to Holyoke or Springfield to get a piece of home! I'm so in love!!!

Hands down best food in Pittsfield. Facts only. You're probably like, oh that's your opinion, and let me reiterate, FACTS ONLY! They feed you like you're family, healthy portions in the dinners, burritos, you name it. Skip Hot Harry's and get burritos here for real flavor.
