Sat in line in the drive through trapped for 40 minutes due to mobile orders. The manager should really implement walk in service only for mobile orders. On other occasions, (using the mobile app) walking in to pick up my order, only to find it's not ready when I receive a text stating it is.

Over-foamed lattes when the instructions say on the cup “no foam” the place is tiny and there is hardly ever anywhere to sit and do work because have of the front lobby is used for storage. The baristas do not even acknowledge me when I walk in. It’s very sad that this is the only lone standing startbucks in the area.Update from my mid November 2023 review: I watched three people complain about their orders while I was Waiting for the baristas to piece my four items together. One ordered a hot chocolate and got a mocha, another ordered before I arrived and was still waiting after I left, another had to reorder because they lost the cup. I ordered A Venti gingerbread chi tea with no water and no foam and a venti chai tea with almond milk, no water no foam. I watched The barista put water in my drinks and no use a spoon to hold back the foam. When I asked Her to remake it, she informed me there was no way to get rid of the foam because it’s oat milk… I have Worked for Starbucks and I know How not only if you over aerate the milk while you are steaming it there will be intense foam and using a spoon takes away any leftover foam. I don't Know who is training but there may need to be a revamp? Also customer service was horrible! She did not even look at me while she was remaking my drink and after she was “educating me” I didnt Even bother asking her to remake my second drink. This store cannot handle peaks, they do not read the cups, and they have a horrible attitude when you ask them o remake your order… I guess I should Apologize for ordering my drink wrong?!

When I tell you I’ve never had meaner service. Me and my friend were just getting some drinks at the drive thru and my friend forgot to ask for cold foam. There wasn’t a huge line of cars behind us either. And when he asked the girl if she could give his iced latte cold foam she literally sighed and said “did you ask for cold foam?” instead of offering to literally just make it and pour it on the drink. Talk about lazy??? I used to be a Starbucks barista at a different location, and it is not hard to make cold foam it’s literally two ingredients blended. And the one thing that we are taught as baristas is good customer service as well as sending the customer away happy…Idk this isn’t the first time at this location that there’s been bad and rude service. The baristas r just rude here and need to learn how to not be mean or disrespectful when doing the job THEY chose. Also the latte itself was so bad.. you could tell the shots were dead, and you could tell that it was badly made as well as the cup not having enough ice so it was warm af.

Ordered at the counter, didn’t get asked for a name, got my food before my drink was even thought about being made. Standing for about 10 minutes and when I ask if my drink is being made a girl making drinks who has looked at me 5x now says “it’s right here”. I’ve been standing “right here” the whole time. Order taker also saw me waiting while all other drinks going out. Wanna maybe acknowledge someone waiting? Or take a name…Organization seemed to suck and this is even more petty but I got a *shaken* espresso ? picture is not that

Was at drive up speaker wasting away with no hello. Finally pulled up to window to order. Said can’t take order at window. Said I had to go around again he was busy talking with someone else when I was waiting. I had now lost my spot and Starbucks lost a customer.

Busy, busy, busy. The SB crew was at the top of their game yesterday around 10a.m. I walked in to order a solo espresso and there were already many people queued up waiting for their drinks and the drive-thru lane was long. But the crew was like a well oiled machine and kept things moving along with great attitude. Someone quickly slid over to take my order with a smile within a minute of my arrival at the register. Coffee smell was in the air and sound of steam frothing drinks was like sweet music to an espresso lover!

PLEASE RE-TRAIN YOUR BARISTASi hope their espresso machine is just broken and the baristas aren’t actually terrible, but sadly, i don’t think that’s the case.any time your order an espresso based drink at this location, 99.9% of the time they give you a cup with just syrup and milk.it’s happened countless times to me personally, and many MANY more times to other people who have told me stories. when you ask them to remake the drink they always remake it exactly the same (no coffee)
