I had an order placed through this Subway that I needed assistance with. Cole, an employee here, went above and beyond with helping me out. It's Subway so the food doesn't vary too much between locations but I highly recommend this location for its customer service alone.

I hadn't ever been to the subway on east st before and I'm glad we went to this one today ?. The 2 girls behind the counter did a great job keeping up with online orders, walk ins, baking and cashing customers out. ? Everything was super fresh

They are godawful the females in there are rude nasty and petty if i could give 0 stars or negative stars i would i love subway and they are making me hate it they need new staff who care about the products they are putting out and the service provided no one made them work there get a new job if u are unhappy with your life and pay dont take it out on thr customers absolutely no customer service and they will not let u speak to a manager in fear of getting fired they will just argue with u ... boycott them till they get new workers

Very rude manager it seemed, he was the half bald one chubbie and short. I was verbally harrased and made fun of by him. Would not recommend. The two lady’s in the front very nice but the manager was awfully rude and impolite would recommend replacing him.
