I tend to go here pretty frequently and it's par for the course as far as Subway goes. Like any other fast food restaurant, you're not going to Subway for noteworthy dining experience. You go for consistent food and quick turnaround, both of which this location delivers on. The staff are cordial, but they're not to butter you up.

Complete trash terrible service this kid with an Afro and this small girl were very rude with loud music that wasn’t customer friendly I have children I don’t need them hearing racial slurs, so I asked for a number of a manager. Was given the number of Mark Martin guess he’s the owner of all the local restaurants. He told me if I didn’t like his restaurant maybe I shouldn’t come in again. Never in my life have I dealt with such rude arrogant and egotistical people and behavior in my life and will be banning this establishment and letting everyone know that this place is not children friendly or people friendly. Such a shame how bad these local subways have become.

The owner Mark Martin owns 4 of the stores in town. This one, east street, the in hubbard ave in the Walmart, and pecks road. I started working in January at the south street store. As a walker I usually have a bag with me, but mark didn't like the fact that i always brought my bad and refused to put it under the food which immediately i knew was a health code violation. I don't have time to kill people. He got mad at me and tried to attempt to use a racial slur at me cause im a black man who "didn't wanna listen", but I immediately put him in his place. Everything after that was fine, then after my unpaid vacation which i didn't even want, they put me for 6 hours the week after. I almost went homeless cause of Mark and Justin Martin. When I confronted them, they said i don't work enough, which was wrong. Everything I learned at McDonald's i applied it so immediately i sensed bs. I asked him if he was serious cause i laughed at him knowing he was wrong. That store rn is probably back to its old ways and realistically wouldn't have been clean without me. A day before i started working i pretty much let him have it. I told him off. Ill post our messages here. The wild most ridiculous part is as a walker i usually show up an hour to 2 hours early, meaning i was never late. Justin and mark got mad at me for being early and claimed i was ruining their business. The stores in town need new owners otherwise i don't see a future for them. I plan on seeing mark face to face for paid vacation he owns me. When he finally gets home from Florida I personally am letting him have it. Below is our messages. The staff working the closing shift on 2/13 were awesome. I just made it there close to 9:00 on my way home from work, which I know is annoying having worked in this industry myself. The young man who helped me was incredibly kind and welcoming. I didn’t feel rushed at all; in fact, he made sure that literally every topping was to my liking, which honestly would be going above and beyond at any time, let alone when you’re trying to get ready to close up for the night. I’ve had nothing but consistent, exceedingly positive experiences with both the staff and the quality of the food every time I come here, which is why I will continue to frequent this location.
The lady who waited on me was snotty, uncaring, very rude and disrespectful. We got a 6inch turkey,6 inch ham, and a 6 inch roast beef. The turkey and ham were loaded with meat. The roast beef had 2 slices. When i asked about it is was told that was a serving. The turkey and ham had swiss cheese and roast beef was suppose to have provolone but she put American cheese on it.I would give no stars but it requires at least 1. Her supervisor was there and had jusy walked out so she said.

As a small and cute (I like to think) person I used to be scared to go into a Subway sandwich shop. Now I am grown up, and Jared is safely behind bars, so It feels far safer. He still appears in my dreams some nights. Staring at me with those hungry eyes. They say that even after Jared lost the weight, the hunger never truly went away. It went inside, hidden, waiting for it's next meal. Speaking of which I think ill try the tuna wrap next visit! Good location, pretty fresh. He may be in prison, but he's still out there.

A group of 9 people walked in happy, hungry from a long day of swimming, and we went to this subway to eat, it was an hour before closing so they had more than enough time. But they didn't greet us at all, they were looking bad at us, doing their most not to take our order. The two men there were so mad we got in, and they were taking their time with everyone else's orders in front of us. Just so they don't take our order. This place is a mess and the people need more education on how to treat people. Greet with a smile, with a hello, not with a mad face. Place is trash, people should get fired, who ever worked at 8 PM on Tuesday July 19th. 2022 (I myself for in fast food, I've made food alone BY MYSELF, and I never frown upon anyone. I am always happy, and I am always welcoming, even though groups of 10- 15 people come in. This place has to do better)
