Great friendly staff. Love the cocktails. Nice cozy spot. Now they have pizza. Every one I tried is wonderful. My favorite stop when I am in Pittsfield.

Okay so I used to love this place before the incident. Decided to come back once I heard they reopened with a new menu- pizza!! Kind of disappointed because I enjoyed the ramen, there’s 20 better pizza places in town. Oh well wanted to revisit my old spot and ordered their pizza with the potato and bacon on it. This was the most ANNOYING pizza I’ve ever had in my life. NONE of the toppings stayed on the pizza every bite I took. I am genuinely so curious how it was made, like how were none of the toppings bonded? The potatoes honestly tasted raw, like they added everything after cooking just the crust. There was sprinkles of cheese, not nearly enough. Impossible to dunk in the only dipping sauce they offer- ranch. I came prepared and brought my own bottle just in case, I was very positively surprised that ranch was even offered but I didn’t get it with my pizza when I had initially asked.

Server is incredibly rude. Shows extreme bias when dealing with customers. I won’t be back due solely to how unpleasant and unprofessional the service was. Extremely disappointed seeing as they just reopened.

Incredibly rude server. So disappointed as this used to be somewhere I frequented and loved. Please hire new staff.

Great, friendly, cozy, casual place with yummy chashu ramen when it's cold out and rice bowls when it's warm out. And TRY THE PORK BUNS!!

Wish I could leave 0 stars but google doesn’t allow it. By far the worst food I’ve had in Massachusetts; I couldn’t even eat the appetizer or meal I ordered.I ordered the chicken teriyaki bowl, over rice. Not only was the chicken cold, the teriyaki sauce was so salty that it was inedible. The mushrooms were also too salty to eat, and the pickled onions tasted funky. The chicken satay was room temperature at best; I was too afraid to even taste it because I knew it was not prepared correctly. My partner ordered the ahi tuna bowl. The tuna chunks were large and clunky, but its subpar taste was the only edible thing of the evening. The ginger ale I ordered was so flat, I thought I was drinking a flavored water. And the beer, I can’t even describe the taste. Completely disappointed.Additionally, the server was not exactly friendly. Didn’t see any other black people, or people of color. Lighting was too dark, and the place looked dank.

Found this place while briefly passing through Pittsfield on a recent Saturday afternoon. Immediately struck by the lived-in charm, character, and vibe of the place. Unfortunately 99% of the bars in Boston were built brand-new over the last 30 years and try to be all things to all people. Loved people watching the regulars at the bar and hearing cool retro rock on the speakers (as others have remarked: at somehow JUST the right volume). Also, the waitress/bartender was very friendly and welcoming to me and my two young daughters, even if they probably weren't in the typical age of the clientele.Had an early dinner of Ramen which was also delicious and very filling for the price. Would definitely come back here if I pass through the town again.

Pork buns are unreal. Good atmosphere.

Omg. The chashu pork belly ramen was outstanding! The flavor was soooo savory, the pork melted in my mouth. My tastebuds have been blessed. Next time I'll be eating in! I ordered on doordash. I want to experience the bar next ?

Lukewarm ramen and even cooler hospitality. The evening we went there was no beer, and the hostess was folding napkins giving the impression that the staff showed up about 5 minutes before opening time. What could have been a good idea (local establishment) during Pittsfield restaurant week was an embarrassing parody of a neighborhood place with a fun vibe. Pittsfield already struggles with lots of tourist and hospitality economic conditions - a restaurant week 'special' that is the same price as the offering on a printed menu leaves one's head scratching. About 10 years ago there were offerings that reflected the heat - $ 20.23 dinner anyone? More importantly, the added publicity should show the synergies and the distinctiveness of a local culture - Pittsfield and its visitors deserve more than this low energy experience.
