I order a combo but my burger was not in I spend $51.28 for 17 items I got everything except the burger also they rude I called them once and they end the call I call alot of time, once I called them they answer this dude was telling me he can't hear me even tho I talking pretty loud. I'm not trying to be mean but I just wish they checked my order before they send it

I haven't been to this location in probably over a year because it just seemed like they couldn't get it together but today I decided to stop in and was happy to see it is under new management with a guy that is very on the ball. Good luck to you Jim it was nice to meet you and thank you very much for the top-notch service -very much appreciated we will be back soon!

Just went today for lunch after running around getting Easter shopping done and to my surprise they gave me a blt instead of a jr bacon cheese burge. It would be understandable if they were busy but I was the only car in the drive-thru ??

They never get your order right. Then, the fries were way under done the last couple times. Also, the new Orange Creamsicle Frosty tasted like Bayer children's Chewable aspirin from when I was a kid. Not feeling that flavor..

I was rushed with take out order to the point I didn't get to tell the Male employee that my last burger was drenched with ketchup that my roll was to soggy to eat, when I started to let him know he said drive up and pay ... therefor I got the SAME soggy hamburger AGAIN ! The MALE empolyee last Thursday at 5:20 pm was VERY RUDE ! 3/14/24 won't be visiting again anytime soon

Took 10 minutes for them to acknowledge me at drive through and when they did it was rude. Then when I pulled up even though I had placed my order 20 minutes prior I was told to pull up and it took them another 10 to finish my food I had already

Never have I ever had such bad service at a drive thru that I had today (Jan 26). The woman who took my order told me only 1 order could be done at the drive thru, which I’ve never heard of before. After every item we ordered, she would scoff at us, cut us off mid sentence and say loudly “ANYTHING ELSE!?!”. She made me repeat most of my items twice to 3 times. No way she didn’t hear me, I increased my volume every time. I go here often and have always had excellent service. Whoever this woman is ruined this place for me and I’m really hard pressed to want to return. Shame on her for how she’s made me feel about this place. One of my sandwiches was wrong, and I got the wrong sauce. Horrible.

Every few month I return, hoping they get their act together. Love Wendy's apple pecan salad, which I get whenever I travel, but this store always disappoints. They do not know what they have, will take my $ and then realize they have none (& act pissy because I don't want a taco salad but a refund). Or they will make it with half the ingredients, or the wrong ones and not tell you. How can a franchise be allowed to operate like this?

I stopped going to Wendy's on pittsfield. Take forever to order and just about every order they forget somthing. Like today the CHICKEN in the chicken biscuit was missing. Or the SAUSAGE in the sausage egg and cheese. I understand mistakes happen but every time? Litterally every time.
