Great local pub! Even if we have to drive down from the city. Get a Black and Tan. You will not regret it.

Went to get steamers today.. cook served us something that was not butter. Tasted like grease. Was solified into a slimy mess before the clams were even done. Cook should be ashamed of himself. If you get steamers bring your own butter.

Let me start with I love bars. I especially love bars with character. And lastly, I love bars with great food and great service. The first time I walked into the Chieftain, my very professional bartender Kenzie made me feel like I had been here a hundred times before. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable, she filled me in on the history of the restaurant. She made me feel comfortable from the get-go. It's almost St Paddy's day, so I got the Corned beef and Cabbage. Spectacular is all I can say. This was the first time I've been here, and certainly not the last. I can't wait to go back.

Such a great restaurant and the food was so delicious and authentic. They served authentic Irish Soda Bread, never tried it before. Our waitress was very nice and helpful and even had an Irish accent too. Will definitely go again but I would go before 5:00 as that is when the rush-hour crowd starts to come in.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair ramp located at main entrance
