The staff is some of the friendliest I think I ever come across in the food service field, after 2 visits they remembered my name and treated me when I walked in. The bagels are good, not a NY bagel, but the cream cheeses are mixed by hand and they have some flavors you wouldn't find anywhere else, ( pumpkin pie).
