I travel coast to coast and I've ate many jersey Mike's, there are 2 that are above the rest and this is one of them, very friendly, good quality is something they strive to insure I can tell. My 17 on rosemary parm was hot, bread was fresh and crisp, meat wasn't overdone but full of flavor, they also had a good meat to bread ratio which I see many jersey Mike's failing at, I get it, less will save you by many go to far and your just eating flavored bread. My hat goes off to whoever manages this location.

Went in on 12/22 and you would have thought they had just gotten hit by a dinner rush with a skeleton crew. That wasn’t the case as I found out listening to some of the, at least 6, workers talking about how it had been steady all day. I took pictures of the meat/cheese case because I was shocked at the fact there was a slab of ham stuck to the inside wall of the meat/cheese case, there was another chunk of ham just sitting on the rack and there was unwrapped cheese and salami, I believe, just thrown in the case. The girl cutting the sandwiches and handling the money never changed her gloves. She just kept her gloves on, gave someone their change and then cut the next sub.

This location is BY FAR MY FAVORITE! I live closer to other locations, but whenever I come here, the staff is always inviting, kind, and efficient. The food is always tasty! I got a sub this evening and boy boy…. Did they NOT disappoint!!!! You want a great sub and amazing customer service?! Visit the Plainville location on Taunton st! ?????I highly recommend the Chipotle chicken cheesesteak ??

The service today was terrible, I usually come for lunch here a couple of times a week but today the staff was horrible, they wrung up my order wrong and then they acted like it was my fault that they didn't add the combo to order. The manager or person in charge had a loud tone to his voice and never offered an apology for their mistake, but he did take the time to apologize to the line of people behind me. Jersey Mikes is one of my favorite sub places, but with customer service like today I don't know if I would return any time soon.

Jersey Mikes is my favorite sandwich shop around, Westley made this my favorite location to visit. He was so respectful, he went above and beyond for an elderly woman in the store while flawlessly executing our sandwiches and managing to maintain small talk with myself and my partner.
