Went through the drive through at 6:07am and no one answered me, came back through after I saw people walking around and they took my order. Unfortunately after 10 minutes of waiting for someone to come to the window and do more than look me in the eye I left. I’d recommend asking your employees what their preferred shifts are because the people there this morning don’t seem to be morning material.

The food was McDonald's food and the service as just like most McDonald's. This McDonald's gets 5 stars for having a playplace! They seem to be far and few between these days. It wasn't crowed- just a handful of kids. I always stay right with my grandkids because kids can be mean. My own grandson sticks his hands in other kids faces so I like to be close. Immediately one boy wouldn't let my Grandson by upnin the tubes. I told my grandson to say excuse me, the child having heard a parent around, moved aside. Later I noticed the same boy pretending to be a cat, and that was fine, until he started chasing my grandson, and cat clawed his back. These places are fun but I noticed every parent ( all dads) was sitting and on their phone. That's fine as long as your kid isn't running around hurting people. This playplace had some great climbing tubes and two slides. Plenty of seating and a place to leave shoes.
It's very sad. This was always my go-to McDonald's...what happened?! The service is terrible (when you can get them to stop talking to each other and notice the customer) there was nothing but eye rolling and attitude. Then all I heard once I placed my order .. at the kiosk, "we don't use F****** table numbers anymore, why did she use one" I wanted to so bad to yell at her and tell her that the Kiosk still asks for it. After a little while we were told that we had only 15 more minutes in the playground area before we all needed to leave .. never have I been told that before! It is so sad to say that the best part was the ice cream on the way out.The old management team was much more customer focused, this new team could learn a few things.

They forgot my large fry and i dont notice till i hopped back on highway to RI. They also have ZERO phone numbers listed online, nothing comes up under google!! They also give me no reciept guess I'm at a $5 loss and still hungry!
