Hold on tight because I have got a Dunkin' story that will blow your mind! Not all Dunkin's are created equal, but let me tell you, this drive-through Dunkin' located beside a Mobil gas station that also serves amazing pizza slices is the absolute best in the area! Unfortunately, it's currently closed for renovations, and I have to travel further to get my daily dose of a well-toasted bagel with cream cheese. And let me tell you, it's been a disaster! But the staff at this Dunkin' are consistently excellent, accommodating, and simply delightful. They make me feel welcome and happy every time I pull up to the drive-through with my mobile order, even if I arrive after an unreasonable amount of time. In comparison, other Dunkin' locations in Plymouth and Kingston just don't measure up. Their staff doesn't understand what well-toasted means, and they seem to want me to get into a terrible accident while attempting to open a cream cheese packet. Come on, Plymouth and Kingston Dunkin's, step up your game and take a cue from this amazing Dunkin'!

This has to be one of the worst Dunkin franchises there is. While waiting for my order to be fulfilled this morning I was informed that there is no cheese for my bacon, egg and cheese. Ok I'll put it on at home, then. Moments later I'm told that they are all out of butter for the English muffin I ordered. How do you run out of butter and cheese if you are primarily a breakfast place? Who is in charge of ordering your stock?

After waiting 10 minutes at window, I said hello? I was greeted with “What do you want?” Really?? I was so taken back the the person taking the order. I think I’ll go back to Starbucks.

I’ve been to this location a few times, and service is always incredibly slow, inside and the drive thru. The staff openly complains about the job and customers, that happens almost every visit. You’re better off at the Dunks half a mile down on the same road.

They were a little short staffed. Made our stuff great but it took much longer than it should have.

Not open until 7 like it says. Went there at 4:45 and it was closed. Other Dunkin’s are fine, it’s just this one. Fix it.

I am never one to make a fuss. However, the experience I had at this location this morning with the manager on duty was unprofessional. I ordered a double espresso with oat milk and requested not to have it filled all the way to the top, less than half way. It rang up to $2.66 cents. That's when the drive thru attendant began to argue with me about what 'kind' of coffee it is that I ordered and deleted the already rang up order and replaced it with for a Macchiato, insisting that this was indeed what I was ordering. Raising the price by two dollars. I asked her to explain and she stated that it was a double espresso with oat milk and that it needed to be charged that way. I pressed the fact that a macchiato also comes with additional sweeteners that I didn't want. She continued with an argumentative attitude. I tried to defend my order further by asking how it was fair that she was trying to up-charge me for the coffee that I didn't want. She replied with more attitude, so I asked to speak to someone else, she then sneered "I am the manager and this is how it's being charged". After that I realized that this person has been past reason from the start, so I decided to drive away.If I could rate zero stars, I would.

I was at the Dunkin on Commerce Way in Plymouth, adjacent to Santander Bank, on 3/26 at 5:15pm. Went to the drive thru and sat there for 5 minutes with no response. Noticed the back door of the store was wide open. I decided to drive around to the front of the store and walked in to order. The door was open and there were two teenagers inside with bottles of soda. I asked them if anyone was there working and they said they didn’t know. Waited a few more minutes when another customer came in to buy two bags of coffee grounds. He said he was in the drive thru and came on because, like me, he received no response. The store was wide open and unattended. What is most frustrating is this isn’t the first time the store was left unattended in the late afternoon. The only other car in the parking lot besides the four customers in the store was a Subaru wagon with large tires. Someone was inside the Subaru smoking a cigarette during this time. Very disappointing!
