The morning crew frequently prepares my coffees wrong. How do you keep forgetting to add the flavor? I keep getting plain gross coffees, very annoying. They already cost enough.I don't have any issues in the afternoon if I come to this location.

I normally wouldn't take the time to comment on fast food. Everyone is short staffed these days. But I stopped on Mother's day to get a coffee at this Dunkin's and I was appalled by one of the workers there. He was rude to customers, yelled at coworkers, and generally showed distain for having to be there at all. I love Dunkin Donuts and as a Healthcare worker, it's true. I do run on Dunkin's. I've frequented this location in the past, and have always been happy. But after today, I probably won't be back. I heard a worker say "Alright Sean. That's enough. " They even seemed embarrassed by his insulting behavior. I'm contemplating calling the "corporate" # , but I don't want to be viewed as a Karen. But honestly if this guy is working.. steer clear ??

This place is great for drive-through. Quick and efficient. The line usually moves pretty fast. Ordering inside is another world of poor service and attitudes. Amazing.

The dunkin inside speedway in Plymouth. Has the worst customer service ever.Some of the girls are always nasty an just plain out rude. They treat ther customers an each other like they are better than one another. They need to get all new employees in there an maybe it might be a decent place to get coffee an be greeted with a smile.
