I eat here a lot during the lunchtime hour because it is close to my work place.Whether I am calling or going in, they are very fast, receptive and nice.The food is cooked great, it isn’t messy and there are a million options.The prices are on the lower end compared to neighboring establishments so that is also a benefit!If you haven’t stopped in, swing through and try them out.

Almost any frozen pizza is better. Do not go for pizza. Other stuff is good. Change the name ASAP

Ordered a cheese pizza and was convinced it was not made with mozzarella cheese. The salad I ordered was drenched in dressing, the lettuce was literally dripping. Grilled chicken tastes bitter. Was just hoping for something better.
Try to give this place some business each month. I've gotten some great sandwiches here in the past.(Even another guys mistake Tuna that was F-ing awesome!) Got a large Roast Beef today, and it was a $6.50 sub that cost $11.00+. I called, and they said if I came back they would make another one. I was already there once today, and it should be easier to get some kind of satisfaction. Maybe send them a pic? Told them I'm all done...

Food was very good plenty to choose from. The only thing I wish is they would have a sign saying how much it costs and how it works. I ask and good thing I did. She told me the food bar is $10.00 lb and said nothing else. Later I asked why the man siting at the next kept getting food and meat was delivered to him. Thats when they said if you pay $30 then its all you can eat buffet, I didn't get that choice. Only when a skewer of pineapple went to him did I find that out and I asked for some of that pineapple. They did give me some and I loved it. You have to walk through the pizza shop to get to the Brazilian resyaurant. ENJOY!

I ordered for a bacon burger and French fries with extra large cheese. I got a bread with not a tasteful hamburger and a dried bacon. My French fries were ok, but no cheese. The package was a mess, not sealed and ripped. I ordered by door dash, so I don't know what happened to my food, and it's not the first time that I ordered from this place, and the food came like that. I gave them a call, and waited for 10 min, before they tell me that I have to complain with doordash to get my money back... not a sorry, or nothing.

I work right next to Pizza Factory and almost everyday I go in there and get lunch, they have always been clean, have always made my order how i ask and the quality has never been less than excellent, I will be recommending this place forever, thank you very much pizza factory for being the best pizza business around!
