Just read another patrons review. This used to be a nice classy normal Panera until they hired low budget workers who cannot even speak our language, nor do they understand service industry and that customer satisfaction is uppermost. Play music from other countries, non English service, law suits over charged lemonade. Someone died from it. Now it's kept behind counter. Argumentative staff, look at you as if your suppose to understand non English rhetoric. A real disappointing degrade. Won't visit this locale again. Dirty filthy bathrooms as well. Cannot bring female friends there as there are creepy male who stare. Very weird. Corporate needs a call!

While I've enjoyed a number of the other soups I've had at Panera, the French onion soup was less than satisfying when compared to similarly priced offerings at other establishments in the area. I wouldn't go out of my way for this particular soup—stick with the classics like Mac and Cheese or even the serviceable chowder over this menu item.
I ordered online for pick up and when I got home with my food after being assured it was all set, my soup was missing. The avocado on my sandwich was also mostly brown. Disappointing for how expensive it was.

great place to spend $8.50 on a order for a bacon egg & cheese sandwich. They'll just not bother to put the bacon on it ---- so you jut get what they want to give you! Don't get anything to go here until you check it first to be sure you got what you ordered as mentioned above.

Pleasant friendly staff. Been to many over the years.Coffee and tea are fantastic as are the cold beverages. Low carb, low sugar, low meat - but food is always fresh and good!

They charged me twice the manager 'assured' me he'd credit my account but NEVER did. I wrote to Panera Customer Care and was told they'd 'review' my case and in 30 days I could possibly see a refund - from what I've seen from them thus far I'm not counting on it. NEVER ORDER ONLINE from them better yet to be safe just, never go there. Terrible consumer experience and the food isn't good either....
