I placed an order online for in store pick up. 4 drinks. Anyone with any common sense knows nobody can carry 4 drinks. We all have two hands. They didn’t provide me with a tray automatically. AND to top it all off none of them even acknowledged the fact I was waiting for 8mins for a tray. (Which I walked out with 3 coffees and grabbed the last one after putting the others in my vehicle so never got one or asked what I need) Lack of customer service and common sense. A “will be with you in a moment” or simply doing your job and putting drinks in a tray if they is more than 2 is not hard.

The District Manager of these Plymouth stores is lazy.He doesn't want to do his job in the way he knows he should.It is easier to defend employees' selfish, self-centered harassment and abuse of customers -- and "bar" the customer (who has already been mistreated) instead -- rather than do what he knows he's supposed to.In this way, the employees will also "like" him.It's a lazy, irresponsible way to collect a paycheck.An additional unfortunate result of this is the employees are taught incorrectly how to operate in life. They develop habits that won't be well-received by the world.I encourage people to avoid these stores. There are some really good coffee places on the waterfront.

The slowest drive thru I have ever been to. Out of any… & I have stopped here 3-4 times in the past month. I have never waited in line less than about 35 minutes. Last week I actually timed it in line I spend 47 minutes & at the window another 11 minutes. Ridiculous amount of wait time & I definitely do understand they could be extra busy & maybe under staffed on top of it. But again this has happened at this location multiple times. The most recent time there were only 3 cars ahead of me the wait was over 30mins.

Literally the worst Starbucks on the south shore. The longest wait times next to the north weymouth location. Every single time with out fail my coffee is incorrectly made. I went last week and it was made correctly and I was shocked. Today I ordered three coffees, all incorrect. I ordered two of them to be the exact same. One is overly sweet, the other has no flavor. This location sucks they need to train their employees on efficiency and consistency or get new staff.
