Honestly, I’m writing this review in hopes that they will try to improve this place as my wife and I love Greek food. This was so disappointing. First off, we paid $40 for two gyros with almost no meat at all. The quinoa was not cooked, I had to throw it away which was frustrating. The staff was okay. The lamb gyro had less meat than a chicken nugget size for my gyro. Tzatziki sauce was good but I cannot believe how little food was in my $15 gyro. Please step it up and represent for Greek food!The dessert they had looked really good. Should have skipped the food and went straight for dessert.

Please beware prices inside the store are generously inaccurate and you will learn actual prices on your receipt. Shady businessUpdate: The company responded to email but did not refund overcharge. While we clearly visited restaurant in person owner advised we SHOULD HAVE BEEN CHECKING PRICES ONLINE.

I just have to give an honest review. Since I had read a bunch of reviews before trying, and my experience differs. First, food was good no complaints. I just wish I had gotten what I paid for. So, I ordered pickup it’s a Monday holiday so figured a good day to try. I ordered the Athenian, couldn’t decide which protein so I got pork. It was between that and the falafel, love falafel. So I ordered a side of falafel so I would get it all. I also had to add humus “ 1 fee “ as an extra to the sandwhich and Kalamata olive “ another fee “ to the sandwhich. In my opinion must have toppings. And side protein you guessed it the falafel. Skip to when I get home to eat. Everything was fine in the store for pickup. The workers out numbered the patrons. So they give you a time to pick up 30 mins. I’m about 10 mins away. It was ready in like 12 minutes so now I’m home and its cold. No worries it happens. I warm the gyro and air fry the falafel. Now comes my gripe! The hummus and the kalmata olives I added and paid for, even printed on receipt. No where to be found. The side protein falafel 7$.. Again I’d of paid 12 for a side if I got a good return. It was 2 small circle falafel CUT IN HALF! On so spring greens. So 4 half’s of 2 small patties. Yikes! I was excited to have a good place down here for my Mediterranean fix. But I can’t recommend if this is the service you’ll receive. Just my take. Also put a # of PCs on protein side. That just seems like the normal thing to do.P.s I ate every bit and it was delicious. But you need to get what you pay for. Right!?Also I kept my receipt and if anyone from the management wants to discuss? Love toChat.

My husband and I have been going here since they came to colony place. We are repeat customers and always crave the gyro co!! This authentic Greek cuisine is so fresh. They put their hearts and souls into this food. I know they import many of their products from Greece such as their feta, oregano, and sodas. I also saw Greek honey there recently. It really makes a difference! Whenever we go we each get gyros, and we share dolmades, spanakopita, and we do a side of pita with sauces like the spicy feta and tzatziki. There are so many restaurants in Plymouth and out of the 4 years we’ve lived here we’ve visited gyro co the most hands down. The owner is amazing. Customer service is on point and a big thing we love to see is the employees there always seem happy. We love the Gyro Co ?

I am a big fan of The Gyro Co. Today I went with my go-to lunch option there, The 'What do you mean no meat?’ falafel sandwich. As always, it was great. On my recommendation, one of the other members of my party got the Thessa, supplemented with Greek dressing. That was also a hit! One key thimgvto know is how customizable the gyros are. For example, while adding fries into gyros is a common practice in many Greek-American restaurants, they can easily be omitted if you're more carb-conscious.Like a number of restaurants in the area, The Gyro Co is on ToastTab’s POS and one can easily order online or through the app.
