Brought my mother out for lunch today and when we got there they said there is a wait as I'm looking at all the empty tables. I ask for a manager and she comes out like we only have 1 waitress so you'll have to wait thank God the 99 in around the Block. Went there got table right away, drinks and lunch within 5 minutes and the 99 is so much cleaner, full staff and amazing food. Applebee's is an absolute joke don't be in business if you don't have employees

I went yesterday for my birthday with my parents and siblings and we were quickly sat but it took about 20 minutes for a server to come to our table. We ordered our food and everyone’s food came out before mines and by the time mines did arrive everyone was pretty much done eating. Furthermore, when my food did arrive it was missing my fries so I had to wait a while longer for those to arrive as well. Our server was pretty messy talking over our food, forgetting straws, spilling fries when handing us our food. However, we had another lady named Michelle who helped bring out our food and she was absolutely phenomenal, one of the kindest and the most respectful staff member there. She definitely made our experience a bit better but we were still disappointed since this wasn’t the first time we had to wait so long to be served at this location.

This establishment is poorly operated… i arrive to the building half full with customers. The young lady at the front took my name as there where two customers waiting before me. Both customers were seated as well as two separate customers after me. Which video shows guy named Geoff seating customer willingly if i am seated in the waiting area obviously i have been there for a while and anyone standing looking to be seated should be aware of a wait just like i was. I was told there was a wait but people are walking in being seated without anyone leaving. I will never visit this location again nor even on a not so busy day

Food was good ... lunch with my 2 boys. Just wish there were more options on the menu.1 son had the classic combo with a bacon burger & onion rings that he enjoyed. The other had loaded waffle fries w the half wrack baby back ribs that he loved. I had the chicken wonton appetizer w the impossible burger wt side of loaded mash potatoes and the perfect martini ?There are a lot of chicken/steak options; not too much seafood. They don't have sweet potato fries which I thought was standard in restaurants these days. Free refills on fountain drinks tho.

Terrible service. We never even got waited on! The waitress walked by 4 different times and never acknowledged us. We waited twenty minutes and walked out. It was not busy 4:30 in the afternoon!
The restaurant was NOT busy. I was sat and waited for fifteen minutes. Not one of the servers that were working, that I made eye contact with, came to my table. I got up and walked out, without ever having spoken to anyone.

We were greeted with a girl that acted like she didn’t want to be there. Not once did anyone ask if the food was ok and we wanted refills on our ice teas and never got one. The bartender was in the corner talking to her friends. The place was close to empty. I will never go there again. We also were looking for our salads to eat while we waited for our food and the girl with the attitude brought everything at the same time. They need better staff or manager. It was around 12 noon Saturday February 3 2024. I don’t understand how it’s run so poorly.Kid-friendliness: Rude and non attentive staff. Seat you and just bring your food. No other service?

If I could leave negative stars I would ! The waiters attitude was horrible . You can’t work with people and have such a low nasty energy. And don’t get me started on the food , I sent back two dishes because I asked for my steak well done and it was bloody and left 4 on table completely full. My kids took one bite and instantly had a stomach ache. Mind you we eat the same dish in other locations never have an issue. (Not even my toddler ate the chicken and fries and kids never turn down chicken and fries) Then I asked for the manager and she basically said he wasn’t coming so I sat and waited for him to finally come to the table . He was actually nice, but still overall experience was horrible . I would never take my family there again .
