Went around kitchen closing time. Seen a comment talking about the lady at the register. Yeah she’s something else. I don’t think this kind of job is for her. The interacting with people part ain’t her thing. Service has hella attitude. But the CHICKEN ROCKS!!!! P.s. lady made a rude comment to a customer “I don’t speak Chinese”

Everything very rich, clean and acceptable. The place is small but efficient, as they say “to the bread, bread and wine, wine” that is, you get to the point; You eat, pay and leave.Dietary restrictions: They have signs so you can inform if you are allergic to any ingredient.

Walking into the shop, there's not much seating room, but it did give a more takeout vibe. Quincy is very residential, so it totally makes sense. I realized they tried to jam-pack so many machines in the little hallway. It's ok, but an eyesore for certain! The chicken was as good as always, but something was a bit off. We ordered about 30 minutes before closing, so maybe they rushed. Still, not a great excuse! The Rose Ddeok-Bokki was made first. It was really good but since it was made about 15 minutes before everything else was finished, the cheese was no longer gooey, more like congealed consistency. The chicken was also packed right away. I wonder if the condensation from the packaging caused it to be a little less powdery. With these things into consideration, I'll knock only one star off. I definitely would order again at this location if it's close by!

Man oh man oh man. I was craving Korean Fried Chicken and did not want to travel to Boston when we found this spot on Google. We ate these wings so fast we could not get a photo op in but we ordered the Hot Mala, Honey Garlic & Gangnam style wings & they were SO good I think I ate 4 wings of each flavor by myself.Definitely going back & will have photos. Warning: the wings may be addictive.

I got called a swear for asking the lady to close the box with the food open. Literally watched her eat oranges and then pick her nose and then ring a customer up at the register. Very Unprofessional. Would NEVER GO HERE AGAIN. ASKED FOR MANAGER THEY SAID HE ISNT AVAILABLE. VERY VERY RUDE. MANAGER CHECK YOUR CAMERA AT 4:20 PM TODAY

Do Not Get The Bulgogi Rice Bowl. The bowl is 90% rice and 10% toppings and It looks nothing like it does in the picture. They give you two slivers of daikon. The ratio for this dish is shocking to say the least. The boneless soy garlic is crispy but the meat is very dry.

I had a very unpleasant experience with here. Initially, I called to order cheesling-flavored wings, a flavor clearly listed on their menu. The staff member kept asking me what flavor I wanted even after I specified "cheesling." This confusion escalated when she inquired about the sauce, even though, in my experience, cheesling is a dry rub, not a sauce. When I mentioned that I usually don’t have sauce with cheesling, she abruptly hung up the phone.Frustrated, I called back to inquire why my call was disconnected. Another employee answered, claiming that someone else had taken the previous call. It was baffling when she said she didn't know who had attended to my call just two minutes earlier. Upon my questioning, she promised to call me back in fifteen minutes, but I never received any further communication. This experience was extremely disappointing. The first staff member was not only rude but also seemed unfamiliar with their own menu. The second employee appeared to be dishonest and unreliable. It's really regrettable that such a lack of professionalism and customer service exists.

last time i went to bbq chicken the lady up front was very rude. she was a mid 30’s looking woman. right as i entered the restaurant she stared me down and when i approached her to place my order she didn’t say anything. her tone was very cold and not welcoming. i found that very unappealing and it made me uncomfortable dining there. it actually made me so uncomfortable i refuse to go again unless she’s not working. she needs to work on her manners??‍♀️
