Ehhhh I feel like this place has a lot of potential but missed the mark. I typically like bbq food but everything here just lacked flavor. Brisket was dry, ribs were ok and Mac and cheese just had zero flavor and didn't really taste like anything. Maybe we got them on an off night or something.

Awful. Employees were unsanitary during covid. I ordered take out and the ribs were burnt like wood and the brisket sandwich was a sloppy steak and cheese. Never again

We've gotten take-out from here twice. Both times the brisket was excellent - very tender (no knife needed) and flavorful. We also loved the collard greens.A friend has recommended the St. Louis ribs, so we will try those next.
Great bbq meat - smoky, woody with good amount of spice. I had better experience ordering early, before 3pm, than later. Meat was moist, tender and well-seasoned. Surprisingly, cold bbq chicken wings taste amazing. It is phenomenal and I highly recommend it! Also, I like their bbq and mustard sauce. They compliment the smoky meat nicely.However, I was not impressed by the mac n cheese.

Food doesnt taste “smoked” it taste like chemicals, not only that, its also bland and has no seasoning. Ordered a little bit of everything and literally none of it was good.. idk who thinks this place deserves 5 stars but this is flat out the worst bbq ive ever had.

Indifferent service.. slow to get food.. fries were inedible.. collard greens looked like they'd been sitting for a couple days.. Mac n cheese not up to par.. sauces were the shining light. Gonna be tough to give em another chance.. want to.

Amazing food with great service. Really nice outgoing people who definitely aren't from Quincy. They still had life and happiness in their eyes not like the suspicious, miserable, dead inside attitude that most Quincy residents have including myself. Also good bbq isn't cheap and I feel their prices are totally fair for the quality of food your getting. If you like bbq you can't go wrong here. Quincy needed a bbq place and I couldn't be happier with Bonez Brothers. I almost forgot, I bought a bottle of their ghost pepper hot sauce and it's amazing as well. I highly recommend.
