March 1, 2024 I went into this Dunkin and received the worst attitude ever from an employee. Why do you hire people who HATE their job. They seem to be extremely MISERABLE @ 4:40am. Don’t put RUDE employees on to deal with customers. This place should be shut down

Only woman who is friendly is the white woman who might be the manager. Went in today, girl and guy had a major attitude (white guy, mix girl I think). Went out my way to say thank you for my online pick up and they didn’t even acknowledge me like they hate there job. Please quit because there could be someone better in your role. This has been a consistent situation with this DD beside the older white woman who is professional. Won’t go here anymore because I will argue next time. Two stars only for the woman who I mention who is nice. If it wasn’t for her negative stars.

The short black girl who worked Friday night had a massive attitude. If you don’t like working there just quit but do not be miserable and take it out on the customers. Not asking for good customer service just do not be rude to others. I often come here for a drink at night after work for years. After how I was being treated I do not feel comfortable come back here anymore. .

I have a whole milkIntolerance and I simply wanted to order a frozen coffee without whole milk. This short dark skinned employee with an attitude right away said we can't use whole milk with the machine. I've always been able to order non whole milk with frozen coffee.She said no nut based milk but was difficult about it and wouldn't tell me all of the other choices I have. I had to pull it out of her.Now, I've been drinking the coffee and my stomach is starting to act up exactly like I've been drinking whole milk.Watch for the midget with a chip on her shoulders. It's called customer service, do your job.

I’ve had some good experiences and bad experiences, but overall the staff there are lazy, rude, and talk about customers. I also don’t trust their hands because staff are frequently outside smoking cigarettes. I remember a while ago with staff was about to fight someone outside. The Dunkin’ Donuts. They are frequently out of stuff and barely make drinks, right.

I never write reviews because we are all humans and make mistakes. I believe in 2nd chance or even a 3rd chance. I have worked as a barista in the past and know how it is.This place has wasted so many hours of my time by making me wait for simple orders.The reason I’m writing this because this time they Made me wait for 20 minutes for hash browns and called me “this man” multiple times while other people were called by proper pronouns.The person that entered after me just took the hash browns and left before me.I was asked for ticket and a receipt for my purchases which I do not take.The guy that rang me was right there and just kept quiet until he was asked if I had hash browns in my order.They did not just stop there. Lied on my face that they haven’t done hash browns for a while so its not possible that someone else took it. Positive side, i did receive my drinks quickly but waited for hb for 20 minutes.I see all new people here that I believe have no clue what they are doing.

This dunkin in the morning are all women ( plus a mark) and when I tell you that its so clean, nice customer service I don't think that's by mistake. The ladies are great. Only downside is that sometimes more often than not its so busy. So if you're in a rush I don't recommend coming here if you want to be in and out. Or just order online and pickup. But love it here.

I did an online order for two iced coffees and I was stuck there waiting another 15 minutes watching them take seven customers after I had been waiting and make all of their coffees first. Listening to a cashier complain about being on the register and talking about her restroom habits at 830 sat am

I really feel bad when I come here to buy morning coffee, the staff here they yell at me because maybe I am Asian, I am stigmatized and treated unfairly, I remind the Asians when coming here be careful, and I definitely won't come here again

The food and drink here are typical Dunkin's - middling coffee, ready-made donuts and baked goods, plus ultra-zapped hot items - plus the venue itself is a bit older (it still manages to offer a handful of seats). It's also located along a busy stretch of Hancock Street where folks tend to speed onto or off the bridge, so make sure you slow down and use your blinkers before you pull in lest someone slam into you. This all having been said, service has been super efficient and very friendly no matter when I've stopped by, whether early in the day or late at night. Talking about which, it's open later than most in the area. I'm also biased as this is the outlet closest to where I live at the moment and where I grew up, so for me there's a sense of familiarity and dependability here. So I'm happy to bump up what for me would normally be a 3-star rating for a large-chain outlet. Keep up the good work, folks.Note: the insipidly contrived stock images currently dominating this Yelp listing have been uploaded by Dunkin Corporate and do not reflect this particular location - a violation of Yelp rules. Who wants to see bare, wrinkly hands and dirty fingernails shoving food or drink into their face? Keep it classy and keep it focused on the food and drink with no distractions whatsoever.

I used to work for Dunkin Donuts, and I got to say it's pretty damn sad that there are still poor employee relationships and mediocre customer service. Every time I walk into this location, there is an argument and clearly, employees aren't happy with each other or their jobs. I have my fair share of complaints working for this company, but the fact that I still see it 13 years later is incredibly unacceptable!

Dinkins is no longer a great place for donuts. It's was tge poor man's Donut and coffee place. It's now competing with Starbucks. Along with this one... no snacking bacon, as usual (the best thing I like).
