They charged me twice for ONE coffee. Personnel originally said my debit card was declined so I then swiped my credit card. When I checked my checking account I saw the additional charge. Also the number posted here for the business does not work.

Hello everyone from the past, present, and future. If you are reading this now thank you we really appreciate your business! We are glad to serve you here at this location. We are under new ownership and new management. Please make us a part of your daily routine and come by anytime for our delicious food and drinks and amazing customer service! We have a great team, a clean location, plenty of parking, and possibly the biggest drive threw in the world! We would love to see if its possible to have a line to the street but our drive threw speed of service is just too fast to get backed up that far we'll never know how many cars can fit in line, what's your guess??Vegetarian options: Veggie egg white omelet bites with a fork !!Parking: More than enough parking even have handicapped spots.Kid-friendliness: We love kids and they love coolattas and sprinkled donuts!Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible ramp on the right side entrance

They need TRAINING or the people there need new jobs! They give you give you undesirable looking food, give unacceptable excuses each time they got the orders wrong; like burnt and hard home fries returned to them and they say “ we make them in bunches of 60 something” I don’t care! The process and why I am given food badly made is not my matter as a customer. You chose the burnt fries (5-6 pieces). They make horrible coffee/ice coffee is horrible. They don’t like when people come into the store which is strange because it is for walk in too. I won’t be returning to this location. I drive further away even thou this is the closest to me.

Only asked for a bag or a cream on the side, always gave me excuses with unacceptable excuses. Especially the staff with a mask and a sunglass all time, Already gave chances before writing the review.

Only dunks I'll go to! Never a mistake, (insane because dunks is CRAZY busy..how do they do it!?) Jess puts a smile on my face every morning! Even after renovating this is hands down the fastest Dunkin in MA! Nice to see this location always has laughs together & with their customers as well.
