Ordered a sourdough breakfast sandwich and got 1 slice of burnt toast with the toppings…was this meant to be an open faced sandwich??? No. This is the 2nd time I have experienced poor service or incomplete/incorrect order from this particular DD.

You would think you’d want to be a tad bit cheerful working at a coffee shop especially early during the day, probably when someone is starting their day and definitely don’t want to start it off with some misery through the drive-thru. If your not personable even under certain stress then maybe a drive-thru speaker or window isn’t for you especially being the manager…

Every time I go they get my order completely wrong. You ask for a bacon egg and cheese sandwich and I promise you’ll only get 1-2 pieces of bacon. They’re always talking and super rude. Or they try hitting on your husbands.

Once they know you they know you and know exactly what you get my only problem with this location is in the morning time there's nothing but school age children trying to get high on coffee before class?
I don't usually complain about places but we honestly have a bad experience every time we come here. Our orders are consistently wrong or missing items. Every single time we order a pancake breakfast they hand it to us in a tortilla wrap. Don't even bother trying to get a Latte, they have no idea how to make them and hand you brown sludge water every time. Driving to another location is worth it.

I would give zero if I could. Allowed me to order on the app, took my money, told me it was ready for pickup, and they were closed all along. Not answering their phones. $27 down the drain. Never again to this location.

just picked up a few munchkins and 2 jumbo coffees....into the trash the coffees went. tastes like water. this is the worse coffee I've ever purchased in my life. disgusted with this over priced priced, poor quality ...beyond poor quality , product. waste of time and money

Quincy is where Dunkin's began, so it's not surprising to see Dunkin's outlets almost everywhere you go. This particular outlet is located along busy Sea Street, serving folks in the outlying Adams Shore, Houghs Neck, and Germantown neighborhoods. Conveniently enough, there's a drive-thru; there's also a decent amount of tables at which to sit inside.Service was quick and efficient, and as for the food and drink, it's typical Dunkin's fare: sugary coffee drinks, empty donuts, and ultra-zapped hot items. The one thing that keeps me coming back is the addictive app which has tons of periodic specials and bonus point offers.Note: the insipidly contrived stock images currently dominating this Yelp listing have been uploaded by Dunkin Corporate and do not reflect this particular location - a violation of Yelp rules. Who wants to see bare, wrinkly hands and dirty fingernails shoving food or drink into their face? Keep it classy and keep it focused on the food and drink with no distractions whatsoever.

Can you give zero stars? How is it people still go to this place. Convenience is the only reason. It is terrible! I vowed to never go here again but my wife used the app to preorder so we went this morning. my decaf coffe was regular and I have been bouncing off the walls all morning. What if I had a heart condition??? My wife got iced so she avoided the caffeine but how do you forget to put the pumpkin flavoring in? Two cups, both wrong. Happens ALL THE TIME! Stop going here! People giving five stars because the employees work hard are idiots. They get the order wrong while working hard, every time!
