I always get their works (everything) bagel. With chive cream cheese. I'm a regular there. I love the place so much. Gunther Tootie's gets me through college.
The bagels are just flat out bad. The cream cheese choices okay, but the bagels are never good. This was my fourth time trying them over the past year and every time I think, you know I will give it one more shot. My bagel was just meh, and I will not be going here again. If you like these bagels, then you do not know what a NYC style bagel is.

You'll find yourself repeating your order to the clerks multiple times, and they'll still screw it up.They'll also give you a hard time when you ask them to fix it.Been going here for 12 years, though I'm just done with them at this point.There are better options out there. This place isn't worth it anymore.

DO NOT EAT HERE - I’m telling you now before you get sick. Rats in the kitchen. My friend was very sick after eating here. When this was mentioned to employees they told me to get out. Extremely rude and dirty.
