I didn't even want to give one star. I hope the owner sees this review. My husband ordered subs last night. He called in chicken bomb and a cheeseburger sub with extra cheese....both to be toasted. He also ordered cheese sticks. The total came out to almost 40 dollars. He went to pick it up. Brought it home. We opened the subs. Not toasted. I looked at mine and saw there was nothing in the sub but a small amount of hamburger patty and cheese.....nothing else. I have ordered these before...maybe a few years ago and they were good. But this cheeseburger sub was the worst. It had no may or ketchup or mustard or pickles or tomato or. Nothing. I called the place to let them I was not satisfied. They said it was my fault because I only asked for extra cheese. Then I said it's not acceptable. The store didn't even ask if we wanted anything else or specific y if we wanted a plain or deluxe. I asked for my money back and the guy who answered the phone hung up on me. I then went to the store. I live in Quincy and had been a patron for years prior to COVID. I show up and I show the guy what my near 15 dollar sub looked like. I said I would call the owner and he said go ahead. He said he wasn't going to refund me because I didn't order the deluxe as he pointed it out...he said I ordered the different one. He was so smug it wasn't even funny. I mean this and the back cook were complete losers. I was so upset. I didn't behave well and through the menu and sub right back at him. I said it was wrong to charge so much and then left the store with a few explatives.. I'll never return there again and I will continue to give bad reviews

Thank you to the kind employee today that saw I was a teacher in Quincy, and told me my salad was "on the house". It made my day! Your kind act is appreciated and noticed. Plus, the salads are the best.

We ordered a few things tonight from Harry's and it was delivered. The delivery went fine. What was not fine was the Antipasto salad that was mediocre for the amount of meats and cheese placed in it. Yes. 90% lettuce. What was not in there except for one slice of provolone, thin at that totaling 2 square inches. That is pretty insulting. One slice oc cheese gives this take out place a 1 star. It deserves the one star as for $14.95 I don't want a one piece of cheese with less than 2.5 ounces of meat. The remainder again, lettuce, a shaving of carrots and some cabbage for fill. No onions. three Spanish olives, and two small cherry tomatoes. Two thin slices of cucumber, and two large hot peppers which I don't eat anyways. but again, they are cheap with the main foods of meats and cheese. So I figured I paid $13.95 for the lettuce and one dollar for the other condiments. I have had their pizza in th past and it was horrible. The previous owner was better as far as portions and meeting the wishes of the customers. Not this current one that has had the place for around 2 years.

very mean employees. i got kicked out for being in there too long(long being 25 minutes). my friends and i were talking with indoor voices and got threatened to get kicked out twice. i dropped an empty soda can in my way tk the trash and got yelled at. besides the staff the pizza was frozen and fries were dry. they also yelled at kids for using the claw machine in the store. overall a bad place to eat at.

Ordered a cheese pizza from there on fri 1/7/22 after the snowstorm we had.Im not saying i saw them serve me a frozen supermarket pizza; BUT the "sweet" taste, smell and texture of frozen supermarket pizza is UNMISTAKABLE!Never again will i return here.As much as i like supporting local pizza shops, stuff like this is why i keep going back to dominos ??♂️ unbelievable.

Horrible experience I've had with them. the steak sub ended up being burnt and the mushroom sub came with no cheese. Imagine, buying a simple snack to feed your little sister but the food you end up paying for is just burnt crap. Unless you plan on checking your food on the time of pickup, I wouldn't recommending eating from here.

I've tried Harry's three times since I've moved to Quincy in May 2018. The first time I got Harry's, it was SO GOOD! We got subs (veggie and buff chicken) - the bread was toasted and the ingredients fresh. I went back 6 months-year later and everything was crap. Buff Chicken sub tasted like frozen, dried out chicken, bread was different and not fresh or toasted. We just decided to try again a few years later (June 2021) thinking it might have gotten better... it did not. The pizza tastes like frozen Elio's pizza it was almost inedible. Cheese is tasteless and the crust is like cardboard. My boyfriend got a buffalo chicken sub and it was equally disgusting. Dried out chicken, tasteless cheese and cardboard crust. I would not recommend.
Ordered $42 worth of food and they never delivered it. No phone call to say it was late. I ordered at 8:30 and my food was supposed to be delivered at 9:30. Still no food so I call at 9:45 and no answer and they close at 9:30. This place is nothing like it used to be and the customer and delivery service is horrible! I will never order from them again. It’s now 10:47 and still no food lol.

I ordered from this place a few times recently. The food is just ok. It was better 20 years ago. Tonight I ordered and spent $42 worth of food which was two small subs and an order of cheese fries, and never got my order. No phone call to say it would be late and when I called to see where my order was, you guys were closed. I ordered my food at 8:30 pm and it was supposed to be here by 9:33. You guys close at 9:30. I called at 9:45 you guys are closed of course and don’t answer the phone.I want a refund immediately. I am really disappointed on the quality of food and service now has. It wasn’t like this years ago. I’m very disappointed and I will never order from there again.

Last night ordered a grilled chicken garden salad that was all the ends of the lettuce probably ready to be thrown out. It had 2 slices of tomato and a small amt of chicken. Also, ordered steak and cheese with hardly any cheese. Extremely disappointed.
