Was suspicious at first of hotel food and vegan options, but Thier chef brought this vegan "Irishman" out a twist on a Reuben that is very tasty and

DO NOT EAT HERE!!If I could give the meal -infinity stars I would. I strongly urge you to avoid this place at all costs if you order food. I am livid. The waitress tried to bring me things I didn't order to make up for the fact that it took hours to make one dish. When the salmon finally came out, it was tough and was literally the worst salmon I have ever had in my life. I couldn't finish it.

Listen. I appreciate a nice breakfast buffet. Made to order omelettes are nice and all, but almost all hotels dont charge you for the breakfast buffet. Nice ones too. Fairmont hotels are around the same rate and include free breakfast buffets at an even higher level, plus free lunch, dinner, alcohol, midnight snacks etc. Just kind of odd to expect people to pay 30 bucks for breakfast in a hotel.Just from personal experience, no matter how nice you make it, if I'm paying hundreds of dollars, you can make me a couple of eggs without charging me.

Wait staff doesn't care the host made it seem like we were bothering him. Sat infront of the service station and 2 people were there didn't come over. Didn't make it past that got up and left only plus it looks nice.

I don't recommend this place for large groups. They don't tell you they don't do separate checks until your ready to pay. Food was good though.

As a frequent hotel guest I am used to lousy food and poor service in many hotels but this place is doing things ringht. Prompt and courteous service from the young man acting as host to the bartender and the server.Burger was perfectly medium rare with crisp and tasty bacon. Salad was fantastic and fresh. Brussels sprouts were perfect. Reasonable but elevated prices but fairly reasonable at $40 including generous tip. We will be back.

My wife and I ate here twice in late September while staying at the hotel, one breakfast and one dinner. The breakfast on Monday was the American, and it was pricy and only average. Service was OK. Our bill with 20% tip was $51.80. For dinner that night, my wife ordered a salad, which proved to be large and tasty, while I ordered the clam chowder, which was also good. Service was horrific, however. We were there for over 90 minutes to order and consume that very simple meal. No refills on beverages, not even water. At the end, over 30 minutes since we finished our meal and no luck getting our wait staff's attention, I said to my wife, "If they don't come over here in the next 5 minutes, I'm walking over to the reception desk and telling them we are perfectly willing to pay our dinner bill, but no one is interested in bringing us a bill. We're heading upstairs, and if you'd like us to pay, let me know." Fortunately, my wife caught our wait staffer's eye and she brought our check in about 10 more minutes. Bill for the night with 20% tip: $39.71. We'd give the restaurant a 3 for the breakfast and a 1 for the dinner. So that explains our rating of 2. If there were any other options for meals, I would recommend you skip this restaurant completely.

The service wa uneven at best. The waitress never asked if we wanted a second round. Five of our entrees were served at the same time and the sixth one didn't arrive until almost 15 minutes later. When inquiry was made about the missing dinner, a not so helpful response was received. It was a very disappointing experience.

The food was very good! They offer made to order omelettes and waffles as well as buffet style scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, breakfast potatoes, breakfast pastries, breads, fresh fruit, yogurt, oatmeal and more. It comes with coffee, tea and juice as well. Our server was very nice and accommodating. Her name was Susan. The host on the other hand was not. I made a reservation on OpenTable. When I checked in, I mentioned I had a reservation. Since our meal was complimentary, as a concierge level guest, I did not obtain a receipt. Therefore, I would have no way to prove I had dined there. I went back to the host to ensure he marked us as showing up. He reluctantly did it. He questioned me as to when I booked it because he checked before he left the night before. I had made it that morning. Please DO NOT offer OpenTable as a booking, if you don't want to honor the points. Or please TRAIN your staff appropriately about how to handle OpenTable reservations.

Has a bit more character than your average hotel bar and restaurant. Food is a step up from the typical hotel fare, but still your basic pub grub. The fish tacos were excellent, with the grilled and blackened fish well seasoned and with a nice aioli sauce with a not-overpowering kick.Breakfast buffet is a bit steep, but made-to-order omelets and waffles are included with the buffet. Otherwise, standard choices of scrambled eggs, pork sausage (these were quite good), bacon, oatmeal, Danish, breads, cereal, standard melon/pineapple fresh fruits, and yogurts. Includes coffee/tea. No plant-based *meat* or *egg* alternatives.

I ate here twice while staying at the hotel, both times after 5PM (their after 5 menu). The salmon was excellent, the kale salad was excellent, the cod was only okay, i don't recommend, but the salmon was awesome. I had everything in my room as takeout.
