Lovely little street food place in Quincy. The Pani Puri stall is a great idea for folks who have not had street Pani Puri in India.Definitely recommend the Pani Puri and Veg Puff special.
A welcome addition to a wonderfully diversifying set of dining options along Beale here in Wollaston, P&D (also known as Tiranga) offers Indian-style "snacks." You won't find rich, hearty entrees like chicken tikka masala or palak paneer here, but you'll instead find tapas-sized bites like pani puri and chaat. Tiranga is one of the few places in Quincy that is open quite late. It was poppin’ when I went on a Saturday night. I tried a mango lassi, which I have never had before. I was surprised that it was already pre-made and stored in the fridge; I was hoping it would be made to order. The price was very expensive for a drink ($8.55), but it tasted pretty good, although a bit too sweet. The mango was smooth and creamy.
