I have never fallen in love with a bar the way I did with this place. From the way we were greeted when we walked in, the way other customers helped cobble together a couple of tables so my children and I could sit, the drinks and the delicious food and the obliging bartender who fished out a deck of cards for us, the fun music and everyone singing along.. What a night. What a place.

Love the Sly Fox Tavern. The Host Gerry McKenna and the hostess Mary McKenna are just fine high-quality people. You will never be disappointed. They are hands-on proprietors. They will cater to your every need. The venue is small, but it is filled with a lot of heart and the food is excellent. You have a wide choice of drinks, but the food surprises me each time I go. Delicious and made with a lot of love.

After driving by many times, we finally stopped in yesterday. The food was great! We both had shrimp tacos and the shrimp were plump and plentiful. Mary the owner spent time talking to us, since it wasn’t busy. The prices are very reasonable. We will definitely be going back. It’s quite the find!

We went to this place on Monday and were told that the kitchen closes at 9PM and no kids are allowed after 8PM as its a bar. So we LEFT.However, we were there on Friday as well when we ate food and had drinks until 10:30PM and also had a kid with us. How was the kid allowed on Friday but not on Monday?How can the rules be different for the same place on different days?

Food is delicious, atmosphere very congenial and much laughter, high energy amongst the crowd/groups of patrons. There are also times of quiet to enjoy one’s meal!! Prices very reasonable! Overall a jovial atmosphere with very delicious meals!! Weather permitting, outdoor dining awaits all!!! In my eyes, a perfect little pub!! Mary, the owner and cook is so friendly and fun! Sheila

This is one of our favorite bars in town, especially in the warmer months when we can sit outside. The food and the drinks are always incredible. Definitely one of our go to casual night out spots.The only issue we typically have here is slow service, the staff are always wonderful, but we've had multiple experiences of just sitting around forever waiting for service or our check. Might not be the best spot if you're in a hurry!That doesn't stop us from coming back though!! Love this place

I love to support local, small businesses. However, I return to the Sly Fox for purely selfish reasons. I always enjoy the comfy atmosphere, the hearty portions of fresh, classics and the above and beyond attention from servers and proprietor.

Such a nice way to spend St. Paddy’s Day, I highly recommend here. They had outdoor seating (with heaters) for Irish step dancers!
