I walked in at 7:20 these server choose to ignore me and when I placed an order she refused to take my order and told they have already closed which it shows they closes at 8:00PM. Terrible experience!!!!!

I went here the other day with my gorgeous plump baby boy, Aydyn and the service here was abysmal. I ordered my large black coffee with two pumps of vanilla, three shots of espresso, extra whip, and vanilla cold foam (for my diet) and my baby boy Aydyn ordered his DAILY large Caramel Ribbon Crunch, 2 croissants and 3 cake pops. (Isn't it amazing he can still walk? 275 lbs at age 8! I pray for him every night. I might be getting him a rascal scooter for Christmas this year).My problems began when the local youth made fun of my precious boy for being a little overweight. Now while they weren't wrong, I wasn't going to allow my boy to be HUMILIATED in public. I immediately stormed over to them and demanded to speak to their parents. They then proceeded to laugh in my face and called me an idiot. They started RECORDING ME which I told them was an INFRINGEMENT OF MY RIGHTS. While this was all happening, I heard my son start screaming from the bathroom. This happens pretty often because he frequently has bathroom tantrums. I rush over and open the door and not to my surprise, I see him in tears next to a completely full toilet. (AGAIN). I had to call an employee in to help with the situation. They were completely unreasonable in their response, saying that I would have to clean it myself. Now I was no stranger to cleaning up after my darling but I was a GUEST at this establishment and I expect the utmost respect and support. (What do they even pay these kids for?!). After that mess, they shut down the bathroom and I finally received my order. I looked in the bag and discovered that they had only given my boy 2 cakepops instead of the 3 we had ordered. I POLITELY told the cashier what he had done and requested a full refund for my order. He then RUDELY demanded I exit the store. (WTF!?). The teens that had previously harassed my boy were now laughing hysterically. I grabbed our order and left in a rage. All I could think about was the glass of wine I was going to have when I got home. I rushed out with my baby boy Aydyn but on the way to my 2012 Honda Odyssey he tripped on an empty cup that had been left on the floor. I SCREAMED in horror and rage. How dare they not have the sense to clean up their store!? Never coming here again!!

Coffee is usually good, but backed up orders and an unclean environment drops stars from 4 to 3. I just want to get my drink and leave, but if it's noticeably dirty when you walk in it's not a positive vibe!

If you want coffee go somewhere else. I think the baristas intentionally make shitty coffee. Complete waste of 5 dollars. I rather go to McDonald's and get coffee. So bad.

Arrived at like 5:54pm. They were open, but shut off the lights after we got there. Tried to order a frappe, but they said they couldn't make it because the machine was shut down.

Order ahead never works. Starbucks: check it every day and make sure it works and is up to date and doesn’t say everything is out of stock when it isn’t. I don’t understand how people have time to sit in your store and wait for an order to be done. Maybe retired people? Order ahead isn’t nice to have- it’s a must. I’d be giving 5 stars otherwise - that’s how important this is. Just be more diligent !
