We loved it here. If the weather is nice expect it to be busy! Servers are doing their best but it’s packed so expect a bit of a wait. All 4 of us who went 1000% recommend the chicken sandwich! Also love that they’re animal friendly.

The food is pretty good here -- I've had some dishes that are better than others but overall a great bet. The mudslides are awesome and I love their Cesar salad! The views are also absolutely gorgeous.

Let me just say these 5 stars are due the way the manager really turned the situation around... i came on a nice Sunday with my cousin to grab a bite to eat. Although it was crowded we were still able to find a seat relatively quick. The drinks and appetizer (garlic soy chicken tenders) were both AMAZING. Upon finishing our app, was the first to order a simple fish sandwich that came with fries , while my cousin ordered a Waterclub burger . Within 10 minutes my cousin received her order...assuming my order would follow shortly behind, she waited an additional 15 mins before eating hers so that we could eat together. Let's be mindful during this time our waitress along with a few others spent 8-10 mins recording a Man in a chicken suit entertaining a bday party that was there. And even then i gave the benefit of the doubt that after that i would receive my order. An additional 10 mins roll by after the "chicken man" stops, when a gentleman cleaning the table asked if we were all set. I told him i ordered a fish sandwich that had yet to be received. He then told me my order was was never placed. 5 minutes after that i waited by the kitchen door to find our actual waiter and informed her my food was not received. . Her response was "it'll be right up". Two minutes later she returned to the table to remind me it was coming, basically to inform she finally put the order in now almost an hour later. At this point i asked for a manger, who turned everything around and made this experience what it should have been from the beginning. She apologized, which was something the waitress failed to do, and she acknowledged the mishap. While i eventually received my order, i was pleased to have the manager continue to check on us and insure we were good. Overall fantastic energy, great vibes, great music, and amazing food. And this experience will not stop me from returning again.

Hi Farley enjoy coming here. I spent quite a bit of time here and I don't regret a single second of it whether it is for my child's christening or a first date I'm always taking everybody from my mother to my boss to Tom Brady to the Waterclub.

First off the view here is beautiful. The chicken here is Grade S meaning above A. Everything served fresh hot . Good music. Need i say more ? Oh yea side note they spray light mist in high heat to cool everyone down. Was clutch during these hot summer days. Definitely going again.

Went there last night and love the place. Has such an amazing view. One of the bartenders last night she has blonde hair, she was taking my drinks and I went to go pay. She was being so rude asking me if I tipped and wouldn’t give me a second to take out my cash to tip in cash. Love the place but need nicer

I WISH I could give this place a 0 star. But here is my time at the water club today:I get in and pay the $20 cover and head to the bar in the bottom floor. Never received a drink and got flipped off from the brunette bartender (amazing customer service). This was due to us asking her to serve us even though ever other person around us were getting drinks. To add we were the only non white people waiting. At the end of the day Boston is 15 mins and if I am getting this type of terrible service atleast have Air Conditioning. Will never go back again and I hope I saved at least one person from experiencing this racist establishment. Thank you for the time to read this :D.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of visiting Waterclub in Marina Bay with a group of friends, hoping for a fun night out. However, what we experienced at this establishment was nothing short of disturbing. After waiting in line to gain entry, we proceeded to the bar to order some drinks. To our dismay, we found ourselves waiting for an unreasonably long time. The bartender, a brunette female, appeared to be completely absorbed in serving everyone else, deliberately disregarding our presence. It became extremely clear that she was purposefully ignoring us due to our non-white ethnicity. When she had finally finished serving everyone else, I made an attempt to catch her attention with a slight wave. To my utter disbelief, she responded by pointing her middle finger and yelling "F*** you" at me. I was left speechless and confused by this unprovoked disgusting behavior. On our way out, we informed the manager who was standing outside about what had happened. However, we were disappointed by their reaction and lack of concern. The manager did not request our contact information for a follow-up or provide any resolution other than refunding each of our $20 cover fees. We even suggested reviewing security camera footage to substantiate our claims, but no effort was made to address the issue. I can confidently say that none of us will ever consider returning to Waterclub after this experience. The racist behavior displayed by the bartender and the response from the management are unacceptable.

Yelp needs an update to give 0 stars because this place definitely deserves it! Went into the waterclub tonight with friends and experienced some of the most horrific customer service I have ever seen. We were waiting to grab drinks from the bottom bar and the brunette bartender ignores us. We try to get her attention and she then proceeds to flip us off - yes this really happened and I wish I could have recorded it. To be honest we were the only nonwhite people waiting but I will digress.... If you want to prevent a night being ruined and possibly not experience racist service - just take the uber to Boston. Many more bars, actual air conditioning, and hey you might even get a drink served to you. Hope to have saved at least one person from experiencing this.
