Title: Communication Challenges and Order Error at Domino's - A Disappointing EncounterMy recent experience at Domino's was less than satisfactory due to communication challenges and an order error that left me feeling disappointed. I initially intended to order two pasta dishes, one Alfredo and the other with Italian sausage. However, a breakdown in communication with the cashier led to an unfortunate oversight.As I placed my order, I changed my mind from initially wanting both Alfredo and Italian sausage pasta to requesting only one Alfredo pasta and one with Italian sausage. Despite these adjustments, it seems that my preferences were not fully understood. The cashier, perhaps due to a lack of clarity or misunderstanding, only included one pasta in the final order.Consequently, upon receiving my order, I discovered that only the Alfredo pasta had been included. This left me unable to enjoy the Italian sausage pasta that I had initially desired.I've had much more satisfying experiences at competing pizza establishments, such as Pizza Hut, where the Alfredo pasta has consistently been delicious.This experience has left me somewhat hesitant about returning to Domino's in the future. It's my hope that the establishment takes steps to improve communication and order accuracy to ensure a more seamless experience for all customers.

three years ago, i placed my final order with these people. Dominos use to be my quick go to, for pizza for the kids , on the weekend. i placed an order for delivery , paid for it and the delivery was promised within an hour , to my house as usual.one and a half hours later, no delivery so i called the store.the called was answered by the " manager" on duty, who promised "with an attitude", to send the order.the order never showed up and i vowed to never ever again, buy from them. they lost out on years of business from my family and i, because of their dishonesty...

Stay away from this Domino. They will cheapen you out with less topping. I order a carryout coupon, (Large pizza and 1 topping), Garlic Parmesan Sauce and Chicken. When i came home and open the box, there is barely any chicken, but only the sauce. Way to rip-off your customer when we litterally paying the pizza... Save your money and go somewhere else!

Worst Domino's ever! The female cashier at this location would not honor the Large 2-Topping Pizza for $6.99 deal that is currently going on. The offer says Carry Out only. I must ask for this deal, and that's exactly what I did. Her response to me was that she doesn't know anything about any online deals. When I tried to show her the offer, and explain it to her she said, so you don't want your pizza, and took it away. Dominoes needs to do a better job at educating their employees about its current promotions. I knew this was going to happen when I tried to pick up the pizza. It was too good to be true. Adios, Domino's!

Dominos Pizza 1177 N Main St, 02368 Randolph MA This place is a complete mess. I ordered a pizza, and I never received it. I called the restaurant, and the RUDE GIRL that answered the phone said it was not at her store. I paid for my food online, and I tracked it and saw it's every move. I called numerous times, and they picked up the phone and hung up repeatedly. This place is a joke and stole my money. I will be contacting corporate about this horrible customer service. This place needs to shut down immediately.

This branch needs to shut down. The supervisor there Alam lacks basic customer service. October 2023 I called Dominoes in Randolph because my order did not show up. He (Alam ) stated it was on it's on its way. I explained it's been a while and asked if the food will be cold. He started yelling at me stating it will be hot. When the pizzas came they were cold. I called back to complain the food was cold. Alam stated he could give me a refund but would block my number so I could not order from there again. I asked for the manager and he stated he was the manager. I could only assume he thought I was trying to take advantage. I went down to the location and showed him the pizza. He then denied being the person who spoke to me. Lied about the position that he held at that restaurant. Took no accountability. He then stated that he calls the police on "People like me" all the time. Go elsewhere this place is awful and requires a complete overhaul of staffing. If I could give less than one star I would.

Never ordering here again!! I ordered one pizza and wings at 8 p.m., not expecting it to be a hassle. Turns out the delivery woman cannot do their fucking job and deliver my pizza. She gave back the pizza to the Dominos and left it there for 3 1/2 hours!! Then I had to call the place back and they told me that she dropped it off. Then we waited another 30 minutes to get the pizza and the wings. She didn't knock on the door or ring the doorbell. She just dropped it off and left. If it wasn't for my kids, I wouldn't have known. It's a good thing though I wasn't going to tip anyway :)

YECK DOUBLE YECK!!! DOMINO'S RANDOLPH. Brought medium garlic Parm sauce with green peppers. I think the person dumped a jar of Parm sauce on the dough and cover it with a block of cheese. Nothing but a hot glob of cheese and sauce. Couldn't even finish. Waste of $$. Only gave 1star, because it was no slot for a big fat glob of ZEROS.

I ordered garlic bread and got cinnamon bread that’s the first problem as no1 in the house eats that, then I already added a tip on the app only to know that the delivery driver insisted he needed a tip and wasn’t leaving. My husband had to give him an extra tip when we already gave him one online. This is insane and corp needs to take this up I don’t like that it’s a big rip off, delivery drivers should be honest and trustworthy.

Disappointing Experience, Won't Be Returning.I recently had a rather disappointing experience. As a regular customer who lives just down the street, I've always enjoyed their pizzas, but my most recent visit left a lot to be desired.I walked into the restaurant to pick up my order, and the first thing I noticed was a delivery driver at the cashier who seemed to be having some hygiene issues. He was scratching his backside quite conspicuously, which immediately made me uncomfortable. Unfortunately, this was just the start of my negative encounter.Upon receiving my order, I realized that I had been given the wrong pizza. Mistakes happen, so I returned to the counter to explain the situation and request a refund or an exchange. However, I was told that they couldn't provide a refund on the spot and that they would make a new pizza for me "quickly."The wait for the new pizza ended up being much longer than expected. I understand that evenings can get busy, but waiting for half an hour for a replacement was quite frustrating. I couldn't help but feel that my time and convenience were not being valued.What truly bothered me, though, was the lack of professionalism I witnessed during this visit. As a regular customer, I've always appreciated the convenience of the location. However, witnessing the delivery driver openly scratching his backside while at the cashier counter was not only unappetizing but also highly unprofessional. It left a lasting negative impression on me.While I understand that busy nights can lead to some challenges, the way this situation was handled and the lack of attention to hygiene standards have led me to a decision. Despite being a local resident and a regular customer, I will not be returning. It's disappointing to have to make this choice, but I believe that my dining experience should never include discomfort or a lack of professionalism.I hope that Domino's Pizza takes customer feedback seriously and uses it as an opportunity to improve their service and maintain the quality that made me a regular customer in the first place. Until then, I'll be exploring other options in the area.

This place is trash!! The ppl working there never ever wear gloves to prep your food and the most unprofessional mismanaged place Ive seen in my life!! The workers have not one professional bone in their bodies!!! My experience tonight was by far the worst in my life in a fast food place!! The woman working the front counter was cursing while working, getting the orders wrong, touching her face and not even washing her hands before she return to touching food. Disgusting! Calling the BOH immediately!! Is this franchise or Corp however again trash ?!! Throw the whole damn store away!!
