I know that this Wendy's has remodelled and updated the furniture, but the place was a mess. Most of the tables weren't clean, the drink station was piled with trash. Some of the drink options weren't available, and after we got our order we went straight home, which is a town minute drive. The fries were stale and cold, at least the parrot and dogs enjoyed them. I won't be going back for a long while or not at all on the weekends.New date 4/16/24I went to the drive thru as I was too tired to cook dinner after running errands for the day. I placed my order, got to the window and a girl was dancing while another was recording it. I was given one drink when I asked for 3. I said fine since they charged me for only one. My whole order wasn't ready, so I was told to pull up and they would bring my order out. I waited 20 minutes before I got out my car and went in to see what was going on with my order. I'm sure my face showed I wasn't happy, because the girl from the window quickly said the potatoes were being made. I was also told by the manager that my order was made wrong, I took them with my added changes. So my original order was 50 piece chicken nuggets, 2 orders of Cinnabon, 3 medium strawberry lemonades, 1 large fry, a bacon cheese potato, and two sour cream and chives potatoes. What I got was 1 medium strawberry lemonade, 2 bacon cheese potatoes and a cheese potato, 2 Cinnabon and a 50 piece nuggets. Because the potatoes already had cheese poured on them, I told them to add bacon to 2 of them and just leave the cheese as is on the third since I don't eat pork. I also had to ask for my second Cinnabon before leaving. They couldn't be bothered to give me a receipt after spending $44. So I ended up going home with cold nuggets, fries, and one Cinnabon. The food was not great, my son said never order the potatoes from there again. My drink was watered down now and no one wanted it since I didn't get the 3 drinks I originally ordered and was gonna share the one. I don't know what the problem is with this Wendy's but I'm never going to this one again. I'll drive an extra 20 minutes out of town to the Stoughton Wendy's, rather than dealing with the incompetency of the staff in Randolph. Do better with your communication of your team and the customers.

I've come here multiple times. The food is good, which is why I keep coming back despite how rude this one employee is that works there. I don't know if she has something against me or just hates her job. She always has a snarky remark EVERY single time I come here and she's working the drive thru. If you hate your job so much quit, it makes it really hard to come back here when people like that work here. It's a shame that I have to stop coming here because of her. Hire better people and educate them on their etiquette.

I don't really remember her name but she told us her name was Susan or something but she was very rude with the workers and with the people there she gave us attitude because I guess our time limit was for 30 minutes but we did not know that because no one told us so she was yelling at us because of that and I seen her in the back getting really rude with another worker that missed something on a burger in the worker did not look like they spoke English really well she was just being rude with her instead of nicely and I don't think I could come to this place again because of the environment and the way she treat people please do something about this.

Honey Combs

I got a 4 for 4 and it came with nuggets , a burger , fries and a drink and I’m 9 years old. I took a nap after I ate the food and when I woke up, my stomach hurt very badly until I got home, when I got home I have been throwing up uncontrollably and cannot stop. These workers who cook the food need to upgrade because now I’m sick and can’t stop throwing up. My mom paid $16 and all of that just to throw it up. This is unacceptable!

We waited in a long slow moving line, placed our order (which included chili) and slowly made our way to the window where we paid and were THEN told “we have no chili.” Seriously? Then two sodas with one straw. But the chicken sandwich was very tasty.

I ordered Baconator fries one large strawberry lemonade and one chocolate Frosty did not receive the large strawberry lemonade or the large Frosty did not call me to tell me anything about the order being changed nor did they say they were out or short of any of the product sad and pathetic and you wonder why the minimum wage is still low. I guess you get what you pay for and for you employees at this particular Wendy's you get what you work for...

If I could give 0 stars I would. I’ve been coming to this Wendy’s from time to time since I was in highschool and today I felt compelled to write this because I’m so over the horrible customer service here. Everytime I come, The chubby white female manager is the most miserable rudest person I’ve ever witnessed. She along with the other staff working here are so inpatient and on top of that got our order wrong. How this place isn’t shut down is beyond me.

Drive thru customer service is terrible! I went there two days in a row and paid for extra honey butter sauce and didn't get it. The morning person in the drive thru is absolutely not a morning person and needs an attitude adjustment! I won't go there again.

They didn’t give me a receipt, they forgot one of my orders and they told me to wait in my car. They made me wait for almost an hour! The restaurant was closed so i have to go to the drive thru to see what they were taking so long and they start to laugh like little kids and when i ask them for my order they told me i need my receipt. Why they didn’t ask me for that from the beginning!! They were laughing like idiots and the manager was the worse!! They should fired everyone and closed that place!!
