Bad customer service,The people are rude and not doing their jobs, I could see them in the back taking their time, some of them are just chilling, and make people wait for a long time even when there’s not a lot of customers.when I ask what’s taking so long, the guy on the register was being aggressive and said “if you don’t want to wait just don’t come” I didn’t answer because my intention was not to go back and forth with anyone. That’s not the first time.

So, I had my first ever experience with Wingstop today with my family.Overall, it was excellent, the wings were well cooked and sauced. Very flavorful, more than Buffalo Wild Wings.The only gripe I had was packaging of larger takeout orders, brown paper bags just don't cut it, especially with hot food, it affects the bag, making them more prone to ripping and causing an unfortunate situation. Had a close call but crisis avoided. (phew!)All on all, this place won me over as a customer, as a highlight on sauces, all we tried were on par and better than competitors offering.Sauces I had and recommend.- Mango Habanero - Best I've had!- Cajun - OMG, this sauce is S-Tier, just alone, a reson to come back for more!- Hickory Smoked BBQ - Great smokey flavor, WOW!- Spicy Korean - Savory & DeliciousSorry, no photos except the menu, but other reviews pretty much sum up what I saw today.Enjoy!

Not going to lie, I’d have to agree with another reviewer that this place is pretty ghetto. The staff is very loud and unprofessional and after all that I get home and they gave me ranch instead of the honey mustard I ordered. ??♂️ So I’d say I probably wouldn’t come
I normally love wingstop but this last experience will be my last experience. It sucks because everyone was so nice but the food..... nah. They made the wings so greasy, it's like they didn't even shake them off at all. All the oil was leaking out of the container all over my brand new pants. I will never come here again.

The food is fine but beware if you order online.... I placed my order online showed up twenty five minutes later to pick it up and the store had no record of it. The staff has no way to check on it and there is no manager and no online support to fix it....So the only thing you will be eating is the creditcard charge and no food!!!Good luck!

Hi my name is Ermelie yesterday was first time in wingstop it was a great experience when I get the the casher was bagging something she said to give her a minute she’ll be right me and she came in to serve me in 30 seconds she ask me my name for the order so it’s done it can get call she help me pick my flavors and we were just talking when I ask her name she said it was keemberly she was extremely nice and respectful it felt like two friends catching the servie was amazing even though she told me 15 minutes on the 12 minutes mark she told me it’s almost ready she was very nice serving everyone with a smile on her face taking care everything she was everywhere she was even nice with the impatience she was very nice to them even get them there’s I just
A few minutes like she said keemberly makes my visit special I will definitely be back with friends and family.
