Horrible service and unprofessional customer service. I can never! They forgot something in my order and expected me to pay money to get to them to get what was missing. If that was the case, I would've just went to the store and placed my order and picked it up. Just unacceptable behavior and experience. I'll never order from them again.

Pretty sure this place goes by Boston Fried Chicken now! Regardless-- Chicken is so crispy and delicious! Thoroughly shocked at how good this fried chicken is. The fries are always crispy and very well seasoned which is always a plus.

Last night I ordered a 3 piece meal. When I arrived to pick it up the worker asked if I’d like gravy on the mashed potatoes, I said yes. The worker said it would just be a minute. When I arrived home (2 miles away) and went to eat my dinner, the mashed potatoes & gravy were COLD as ice. When I called and spoke to a man he said it was the other worker who was responsible for the error. No compensation was offered. Today I heated up the cold mashed potatoes & gravy & they are FAKE potatoes!!! Tasted terrible. I will never go back.

I walked in and asked for what they had in the warming/display case for regular fried wings. I have no idea how long it had been there, but it wasn't dried out and it tasted good. The attendant was friendly. I'll go there again to try other menu items, but next time I'll call ahead.
