I love to work from Panera and I go to this one often. One of the best Panera breads. Always incredibly clean, the staff is helpful and happy. The manager can often be seen making the rounds in the dining room checking in with guests and I’ve seen her interact with employees with such patience and compassion. The food and coffee is fresh and I’m glad they are here. A real lifesaver for a remote worker!
Ordered a chicken cordon blue sandwich and it had no chicken. Basically it was a loaf of bread with a thin layer of ham and mayo and arugula. I'm not sure how you forget to put chicken in a chicken cordon blue but they managed to. I didn't take it back because I didn't trust them plus I was hungry so I ate the mustard loaf. Won't be returning.

I was picking up an order, I was there for quite awhile , I was never informed of my order being ready, I spoke to an employee never got any response back, one particular employee was rude to a customer not handing her the beverage but instead walking away from her and say you can get it from the shelf. I don’t really like to give bad reviews but figured this would be useful to save some people from going through that.
