The staff are really nice at this location, and they always make my order correctly. The customers drive kinda crazy through the lot, and it does get busy later in the mornings, but thats not the store's fault. I like this location a lot.

It's a nice Starbucks. Sometimes, the drive-thru can get backed up, but they move it along pretty quickly. There is plenty of parking, so if you prefer, you can head inside and grab to go. The outdoor area is really nice with tables and umbrellas, no doubt it's awesome in the summer. Unfortunately I haven't been at that time to experience it.

If I could do negative stars I would. But I’ve already wasted half my day waiting for a
Ordered 2 Frappuccino. Idiot making coffee was to busy worried about what he looked. He made the 2 coffees, then knocked one over, with a quarter of the drink spilling on the counter, then proceeded to try and cover it up with whip cream. When I called him out on it, he then made 2 more, not putting any of the flavored sweetners in either coffee. To many young kid's running an adult business. 12/10/2023 1:30pm.

I don't find the service to be bad or slow honestly. My gripe is the cleanliness of the place & mostly the fact that the cafe is literally always closed to customers. I frequent starbucks 4-5 times a week all across Massachusetts & spend $15 each time, but have never been more frustrated with a location than I get with this one. This is supposed to be the one closest to my home & what a shame that I'm never coming here again.
