I go to bagel world all the time, but today the young girl with the green shirt behind the counter was extremely rude and short with me. They forgot to give me something on my mobile order and she told me to get back in-line and reorder. Oh I went back in-line right up the street to house of bagels.

I'm from NYC and since moving to MA we've been on the hunt for good bagels, which is very hard to do in MA. After a years-long search and dozens of bagel bakeries that could produce stale tasting bagels at best, we finally found these. Best bagels in Mass!

There aren't too many places left with this much bang for your buck! The bagel sandwiches are SO filling. We tried the chicken salad sandwich, the lox sandwich and the smoked turkey with garlic chive cream cheese sandwich. All three were great!

Some of the best bagels you can get in Massachusetts! Their bagels are baked fresh throughout the day and consistently good. I usually grab a dozen and keep them in the freezer to eat throughout the week. The eggs are microwaved, so I usually skip the egg sandwiches.

We lived in NYC for 5 years, so I've had the real deal, so to speak. These rank right up there with my favorite bagel place on B'way, UWS. It took nearly 20 years to find a local replacement. It makes me so happy!!!Toasted everything w/ cream cheese. Yum-O!

I got an egg and cheese on a bagel & it was absolutely nasty. The egg tasted like a boiled egg & the cheese was not melted. It wasn’t warm at all and tasted like plastic. For new customers they wait until up to the speaker to let you know only 3 SANDWICHES per car. A sandwich would be egg, bacon, etc. not a plan bagel with cream cheese. Would not go back.

Bagels are really good but coffee and sandwiches overall are nothing special. Pricing is insanely low. The problem is how busy it gets (because it's so cheap) and all the rules about ordering. For example, in the drive thru line you can only order 3 "sandwiches" per car. What they don't make clear is that a bagel and cream cheese is considered a sandwich. Then when you try to go to the express line inside, they don't let you order bulk bagels. So what's the point of the express line? If you don't mind waiting 30 minutes to save $2 on your order, you've come to the right place.

Amazing quality bagels, they’ve been operating for 30 years and locals love it and I do too. The prices are very affordable and they bake the bagels fresh on-site. They have many options for bagels including blueberry bagels, garlic bagels and spinach bagels. Love the classic onion bagels roasted with chive cream
