I got the Big Mac and McCflurry and it was good but what was really was really funny was a group of 50 people were yelling loud outside. I think they were singing. They yelled hood christmas carols but I don't know what that means. Overall the bacanator was great.

I went to Burger King in Reading couple days ago and the associates working there were extremely rude. They served me a disgusting looking burger that later gave me And my friend really bad food poison. Highly suggest never to come to this Burger

the food was delicious and the gentleman who served us was so delightful to encounter so the food and service gets 5 starsi don’t know why they asked me to rate the atmosphere but i would give it 3 stars because the ozone layer is collapsing. however i think we are taking great leaps towards societal reform
I don't think this BK deserves all the hate it gets, and a lot of it is from the past, but I'd still be weary about coming here. It was a fairly reliable location for me for a bit until I went later in the night, then they just start getting sloppy it seems. Ordered a Royal Crispy Chicken sandwich and instead of using the signature chicken they decided they could compensate by using the normal chicken sandwich pattys with an extra slice of cheese and it was just nasty. I wouldn't recommend it, it's eerie too that nobody is ever in there

One of the ladies was so rude to me, I was making my Oder by the drive through an the lady stopped taking my order, I kept saying hello like twice and she yelled at me so I went to the window and asked her why she was yelling at me yet she left me hanging in the middle of making my order. She replied “place your order If you wish or leave” I told her that was so rude. And I left without getting my food. I know it’s a fast food place but you Neto train your employees better. We spend money over there and we shouldn’t be treated like that.

Bank statement showed I was charged four separate times for the same order. Two months later, restaurant management ignored the complaint when contacted by corporate and never bothered with a reply. Corporate says they then forwarded the complaint to regional management, who ALSO never replied.Avoid using electronic forms of payment here. Otherwise, if you're faced with the misfortune of having to request a refund for unauthorized/fraudulent charges, don't be surprised when you're deliberately stonewalled by management. At that point (since so-called customer service at Burger King is a joke,) you'll be better off getting your bank to intervene on your behalf to obtain a refund.edit: found out the identity of the irresponsible district manager for the Suffolk region, whose name is Radouane Marmoucha. He repeatedly and willfully ignored a legitimate complaint, even when contacted by corporate headquarters to do something about it. If this happens to you, be advised to file a complaint with both the Better Business Bureau, and with the Office of the Attorney General for MA. This type of unprofessional conduct should not be allowed to persist.

I’ve worked for Burger King over 10 years and the manager refused to let me get mozzarella sticks because it’s “only breakfast” when we all know Burger King sells lunch all day ?
