My fav Dunkin location in Reading. We come in with our shiba dog every other morning. They got our orders correct most of the time and very friendly service.

They made my stuff incorrectly, so I asked for a return and apparently they don't know how to do anything unless their manager is here "I texted him, if he gets it, he gets it, I don't know" is what I got. Everytime I come up here to visit someone they mess something up somehow and I always just let it slide. But I'm not doing that anymore and I'm only coming here for the person who I visit, not getting anything for myself again.Parking: About 7 spots and its hard to menuver getting out of a few of them, it's also shared parking with the sub shop next door.

i got my egg and cheese wake up wraps all burnt and they are charred and the cheese is hard. how could you give someone food that looks like that?? it's totally unprofessional and it is not that hard to put it in an oven for a minute. I just don't understand how you could give someone food that looks this disgusting? it's totally not okay and they should've made them both over. they are hard as rocks
I moved to the area recently and come here almost every day and Chris is a great guy (and someone else but don't know her name). Very personable and is a hard worker. Remembers everyone and does a great job. Keep up the hard work!

If it wasn't for one specific employee, her name is Keisha, this establishment would be a complete joke she is very friendly and nice and goes above and beyond for you, most of the other staff is completely incompetent, RUDE, make orders rong, or just don't care about there job. Because of Keisha I gave 4 stars and my family and I will always return here as long as she works there. Thank you Keisha for all the hard work you do their and all the great customer service you show my family and i.

I ordered a strawberry Colada. Not quite sure what I got . I'm gonna go down there tomorrow and get a refund . But normally it's a great place . I think it was just new help . I would not write the place off it's usually great

I would give ZERO stars if I could, my co-worker and I walked in for a coffee and my co-worker approached the counter first and Marie said "what do you want?!" My co-worker kindly asked her to be nice and she said "I'm fine, I just want to get everyone out of here, what do you want?!" She messed up her order and gave her a bag full of donuts to make up for it. She took my order and greeted me with the same "what do you want?!" I gave her my order and Ariana came around to take my payment and proceeded to yell and swear at Marie about an order that was not paid for and she yelled at her about how to make my coffee. This was supposed to be a quick trip to grab an afternoon coffee and all the commotion and attitude caused my co-worker and I to be late getting back to work. ZERO STARS. Have a little professionalism!
