My partner and I decided to go after seeing the viral Parm Crust (yum, by the way). Our server was Ashley and she was amazing! Refilled our drinks and we didn't have to ask, she was just excited as us about the food, and her vibes were immaculate. Everything was delicious, portions are massive. Overall, A great impromptu dinner :)

My Dad and I both had Flo’s Filet with lobster tail. OMG, the filet was perfectly grilled and delicious, the lobster was fresh from Maine, sweet and succulent with hot drawn butter. Going to Longhorn in Reading is always a pleasure for my family.

I've never had any disappointing experiences here. Quality is great, and pricing is better than most places in the same genre. They are remarkable at the 5 levels of cooking meat they promise: rare, medium rare, medium, medium well, and well. They could offer more desert options, but as far as the meals, if yiu are looking for a great aggirdable steak house, this is it.

My mother and i came in for lunch on Sunday April 7thThe first thing that struck us was just how cold the restaurant was when we sat down in our booth, Not only where we complaining But two old men in the booth opposite of us were also complaining about the Air conditioningThe manager came up with a lot of excuses about the air-conditioning being on during a 30° dayThe service wasn’t much to speak of either, It seemed as if when we spoke, our waitress was severely confused Or just wasn’t paying attentionThe stuffed mushrooms were very good But the rest of the meal wasn’t so greatMy mother ordered her 8oz Sirloin medium well and it came out medium rare, when she sent it back to the kitchen for a new one cooked correctly, the steak that came out was a V cut sirloin and very much smaller than what my mother had originally ordered as well as all fat And Completely inedibleFrom reading the reviews below mine Other people have complained about the same thing happening with the chef when they send back their steak, I believe that is unprofessional and if you’re paying for something you deserve it to be done correctlyThe restaurant was severely dirty And it needs a professional cleaningI should’ve stuck with my mother‘s advice that we went to the Texas roadhouse instead of Longhorn steakhouse because we drove many miles for poor service and barely edible foodThis was my treat to my mother Who soon will be going into surgery for a tumor on her throatThis Experience at Longhorn steakhouse Has put me off of ever returning again

I like my steak medium well with little pink. The cook pretty much made well done but it was juicy and a little dry but it wasn't bad. I also had the Mac and cheese which was good but a little burnt on the top not what I was expecting but it was good and not dry. I always speak highly of longhorn cause I love the place I will give them another try at a later date.Parking: Parking lot in front of place and plenty of parking.Kid-friendliness: There food on the menu for kidsWheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible

DO NOT EAT OUT OF THIS LONGHORNS!! Me and my brothers order some food it took about 2 hours to come out when it came out it was freezing like it has been left sitting for 40 mins DO NOT come to this place bad food and even worse customers service the people were very rude drive the extra 10 mile to the other long horns I will never be seeing this place again!!!!!! If I could put 0 stars I would

We waited 15 minutes to be seated. Having a young black man with a short beard dressed in all black. Walk passed us twice. A blond middle-aged lady who was working yelling we Got a line. Finally we were seated the man dressed in black says I'm just a cleaner.We ordered food, which was. 2 marinade steak tips PLANE with only broccoli and a baked potato. 1 dinner with salad to go.Took forever to come out. It's 3:45 you were Not BusyThe lady that took our order and have us food with Mushroom and onions all over it . She had the Nerve to get an attitude with us on the DEFINITION OF PLAIN. We left with paying for drinks and appetizer.

Ordered a 6oz sirloin with the 8 pieces of shrimp, Caesar side salad, mashed potatoes, and an extra mac and cheese and everything was delicious. Everything was seasoned well, even the rice that came with my plate, and cooked to my order. Our waiter Jared was super helpful, constantly checking up on us even during the rush.
