Just got my food via drive thru less than 10 minutes ago obviously today! Typically it’s the casual McDonald’s… nothing to whet excited about or no reason for a review but TODAY! The person was super friendly, upbeat, motivated and knew they wanted to get my order out. The guy at the cash register was friendly and did his thing! Everyone cooking the meal made sure it was hot, fresh and ON POINT! Everyone who worked this shift deserves something because I thought I was in a foreign country ordering! 10/5 stars and hope I get the same crew!

Better come to this McDonald than the one in Woburn. Atmosphere and Service are better. Food is sometime sloppy, but that's McDonald level. Its fast food chain. Satisfying for me.Kid-friendliness: I like the friendliness atmosphere. Though I miss the playground they have outside. Don't think it will ever be open again I guess...

The food was horrible! I ordered pancakes and bacon, was very cold and the cakes were hard!The person at the window wasn’t Reyna but very rude. Won’t return there!!!!

The app provides good savings every day (e.g. 20% of entire order).Dietary restrictions: On the self-order screen, you can lower sodium by getting no-salt fries and no sauces for example).

Great stop on our way to Sturbridge Village. The staff were very polite and the food was exceptionally fresh and good. Very clean restaurant.
Constantly gets orders wrong. Drive-thru takes ages to get through to replace your order. Employees are goofing off and giving free food to people out the window. Also its practically a dump. Worst one I've ever been to hands down.

Ordered a oreo mcfllury cup was filled with vanilla ice cream cover on then scooped oreo crushed cookie on top friend Ordered mc chicken sandwich original got spicy chicken instead gone to different McDonald's restaurants same thing happens there I am a cancer patient and ca not have spicy foods burns my tongue right away what about people with food allergies.

This is a quick food review. In this photo you will see what is called a "BIG" MAC. A bottle cap has been placed as a comparison just like in CSI. The beef is 3.6 bottle caps wide. Not what I call "BIG". It should have been called "Bread Mac". Shame on you McDonalds. Your patties should match your buns. The staff member that served me was grumpy. Not what I expect from McDonalds. This is a reflection of the manager's perfection. Poor.

The gentleman behind the register completely ignored me and obviously never acknowledged me. I walked out. I was kind if wanting to enjoy my lunch at McDonald's but couldn't because of the service
