I love Chinese and Japanese food and this restaurant is a great combo of both. Delicious food and they serve Takoyaki here which I love but when they make the Takoyaki they only serve it with the Japanese mayo on it but no Takoyaki sauce but I still enjoy it. Great food every time.

Had a large order for pick-up on Xmas eve. Thought about driving into Providence when someone reminded me about Park's. I'm embarrassed to admit that I'm an Asian food snob. I was hesitant to order from Park's for no other reason than it is located in Rehoboth....not exactly a destination for quality food.Sorry for the long story, but I ordered about 100.00 worth of take-out. I was expecting so, so food. Instead I got great tasting, high qaulity Asian food with fresh incredients. Food was well prepared, well proportioned (containers were filled to the brim), and the prices were reasonable. What a nice surprise.

We really enjoyed our dinner at Park's Asian Bistro. The space is clean and there's bar and regular seating. The staff were extremely approachable and made sure to check on us often. Our waitress was very attentive and nice! We ordered a couple rolls for appetizers as well as the soup dumplings. The sushi was fantastic. Delicious and fresh! The soup dumplings were good as well, just smaller in size than what we typically get in Boston or New York City. For dinner we got a couple entrees to try, including the Taiwanese sausage fried rice, the chicken and broccoli, and the spicy fried sliced fish. You can really tell the restaurant uses quality ingredients because everything tasted delicious and fresh! It's not your typical take out Chinese food. For drinks we ordered two large warm sakes, perfect for a chilly evening! Would definitely come back and try more of their sushi and other entrees!

A friend and I visited Park's Asian Bistro & Sushi Bar in Rehoboth yesterday. We were both pleasantly surprised: The food was fresh and deliciously savory. Our server, Nicole, was friendly, efficient, and possessed a good sense of humor. We love that this establishment is also located in the Dunkin Donuts plaza, so a stop there afterward rounded off a very nice meal. Other pluses: ample parking and a non-rushed, clean atmosphere, with music in the background, rather than foreground. We are already planning our next visit to Park's Asian Bistro.
