Food - 5/5We got the esquite, al pastor tacos, carne asada tacos, birria tacos, and al pastor quesadillas. As a Californian, I’ve really missed good Mexican food, which is a big “missing” in Boston. I especially enjoyed the al pastor - great flavor and texture. Salsa is bomb too - nice and smokey!Ambiance - 4/5The restaurant is small and doesn’t have indoor seating. Definitely brings you home to California or any other place with Mexican food.Service - 5/5Service is fast and staff is friendly and warm. They mainly speak Spanish, so be prepared to whip out your Spanish food lingo.Other notes:1. There is paid street parking that’s easily accessible right next to the restaurant.2. The beach is half a block down if you want to find a place to eat.

Authentic food, authentic representation of Mexican culture and authentic owners who clearly care a lot about their customer’s experience and enjoyment of their food.Elotes are good, tacos de carnitas are my favorite and the Jamaica juice is 10/10!I always get tacos here and some boba tea next door. It may seem like a weird combination but it just works. The food is usually ready by the time I go grab boba and come back for my food ?Prices have been going up a lot recently and some items like the tree leches and sometimes the amount that the tacos are filled by have gone down in quantity/quality. This location can be hot/cold because they usually have the door open/closed with fluctuations in temperature and there’s not much seating but these are really the only complaints I have and they are minor in comparison to how good the food is!
Great Mexican and Tex-Med entrees on the menu that will fulfill your cravings!Highly convenient fast service along with fresh food calls for a 4/5 rating. The taste is there but I honestly wouldn’t call it super authentic in terms of regional Mexican food. The pricing is a bit overpriced compared to the quantity of food provided. An Horchata should not be expensive lol.All in all, decent fresh Mexican quick eats! Nothing phenomenal but it’s not terrible. It’s fair!
