The food is good but the service is terrible! The waitresses don't understand or act like they don't understand! I ordered pupusas and they sent me garnachas! I ordered some Mexican cakes with potatoes and they sent me cakes with chips! The waitress who served me was very arrogant and rude!! Teach them to give good service before hiring!! First is good customer service instead of fighting and answering the customer reluctantly!! I won't order from you again! Bad service!!!!

The scrambled pupusas were dry and burnt and I ordered a mountain dish, the egg was burnt without tortillas, it only came full of lettuce. Very disappointed.

Normally we go with my family to eat there but I think this time was the last I ordered a Montecristo breakfast and they served it to me incomplete and very expensive of course I complained but it didn't solve anything we ordered horchata and that looks like water with milk and sugar no horchata flavor and Without counting that, I paid $4. The truth is that it is a robbery and speaking of robbery, there is no law that says that the tip is mandatory, they include it there, that is against the law, it is the customer's decision whether to leave or not. In conclusion, I will not return to this place. .

We as a family have been accustomed to ordering food from this restaurant from time to time. But I think this was the last time. I ordered the soup I usually ordered (which came with half the roast chicken). but this time it brought a quarter of a chicken, it was also very dry and on top of a little rice. Not like before when it came an ordered plate of rice, salad and chicken.I ordered two bean pupusas with cheese and the beans tasted ruined.

Most of the time we call to order food, we end up DISAPPOINTED, because THEY NEVER SEND THE FOOD AS WE ASKED..... THE CHICKEN LOOKED LIKE IT HAD BEEN MADE 5 DAYS AGO, OF COURSE IT WAS STICK AND THAT'S WHAT I TOLD THE GIRL THAT I CAME FROM THE HOSPITAL. AND TODAY I DARE TO SAY THIS BECAUSE THIS HAPPENS MANY TIMES.
Took take out! Used to be my go to place but I have no idea what happened! Spent over 100 on food and half of it was over cooked and inedible. Was thankful that what we got for our guest was good but our 2 plates the chicharron was deep fried to hockey pucks! We threw them out and just ate the rice and beans and rest of why came with it! Why??? I didn’t call them because I don’t like to try to get something for nothing or complain! It only aggravates the help but I feel like reviews help the establishment to better themselves and customers to be more educated when ordering. Next time I will be sure to ask them not to over cook the meat!!

The quesadillas are 90% rice. No guacamole, barely any meat or cheese. The chips they come with are so stale I thought they were fake. The green sauce they come with is more watered down than ketchup water.
