As someone who goes to this target as much as I do it's always the same excuses to why they can't make me a frappuccino... whether I come in one hour before closing or a couple hours before they always say they can't make me a Frappuccino because either the machine is down or they straight up tell me they just cleaned it they don't want to turn it on again...this has happens way too many times now for it to be a coincidence. They closed 30 minutes before the updated store hours said they were supposed to. Even though they were talking to someone at the register who had just gotten a drink.Update: waited for my prescription to be filled and now they are helping a whole family of people even after they told me they were closed 23 minutes ago.
