My card was declining due to the system being shut down , and Guy at the first window was super rude saying I didn’t have money and my card was going to keep declining because I had no money . He sent me down the 2nd window with the 2 ladies and they explained to me the system was down and before I went to the 2nd window the guy in the 1st window told me “Your card will still decline “ very poor customer service but shout out to the 2 ladies in the 2nd window that did there very best to make me feel better ! :) I would love to give them 0 stars due to this guy but because of those ladies I want I will give them 2 ! People like him shouldn’t be working In a customer service position if he has an attitude!

They were extremely polite and very attentive to detail on why Requested. I don't want to knock them down too much. Because the food was piping hot and it was delicious for that reason. But I paid for tomatoes and there were no tomatoes and the fries were under salted when I go back next time. I'll just make sure to check everything. But I was picking up food to try as forty-five minutes out.

i made a mistake on my uber eats order which was so dumb due to my lack of attention, for a chicken sandwich and i by accident selected no chicken. i got the order and was so frustrated so i call and the manager told me to look at receipt and i finally understood and i just want to say i'm really really sorry and he was so nice to me i feel SO bad and guilty. thank you ??

Avoid this place if you can the employees are horrible. I went to this wendys not long ago with my family. We order A meal with fries, Nuggets and 2 cokes. We went to the next stop and got our food, But only 1 coke. We told them we ordered 2 cokes and they kept fighting back. We asked them for another coke and they took a good 10-15 minutes. We kept knocking on the window and the lady looked at us and then completely ignored us, Even when we were knocking on the window about 100 times. Ignore this place if you can hope the employee got fired.

I just spent $20.00 for a chicken sandwich, although I ordered a baconator sandwich as well but could not eat it because I specifically and I specifically asked them twice to only have lettuce and onions, yet when I got home the burger had all the other condiments on it. I'm allergic to ketchup and cannot eat it. plus I couldn't go back to change it, my wife had to take the car. This is the second time I have ordered something at Wendy's and got something I couldn't eat.I will not be going back.
