We loved the food. However, this evening we started to place an order and use one of the coupons (we’ve used often since we order 1-2 times a week from here). The gentleman said asking the order told us “you can’t use this coupon every time you order”. There no mention of this on the site or the menu. I’ve never had an issue using coupons here in the past. I asked him to cancel our order. Safe to say, we won’t be ordering from here again. If you offer a coupon with no mention of how many times you can use that coupon, you should honor it.

If there's anything I can't stand it's someone putting fillers in the Hamburg. When I order a cheeseburger all I want on the cheeseburger is 100% ground beef and cheese. I have no idea what you mixed the ground beef with along with Greek spices. I did not like it. I want ground beef only I don't want meatloaf with cheese on it. One and done I won't be back

For the last 6 months or so, GHOP has been doing me some legitimate justice. The Melanzana pizza is a serious South Shore contender if you like eggplant on your pie. The roasted peppers make this one a crucial choice. I also recommend the Mediterranean pizza. That one is loaded to high hell with feta, spinach, olives, and onions. It's a serious bang for your buck. GHOP never skimps on the toppings. Aside from being cheaper than other joints in Rockland, this place is super consistent. I've never had to wait or brought home a pizza and wondered if someone wack made it. They've never messed up any of my orders. Wicked nice people work here and they're always smiling, friendly, and greet me by name. GHOP really brings it and I'm going to miss them now that I've moved out of Rockland. Can't recommend this establishment enough if you're trying to keep it quick and local! Get it!!

The customer service is untouchable. We ordered from doordash and ended up with the wrong calzone (still really good) and i called and let them know. The gentleman who manages the place gave me his personal number to remind him next time we ordered. The food is amazing and the service is just as good!!!!! We used to order from here religiously a few years ok. We liked the pizza and mozz sticks. We started having terrible orders - things missing, paid for extras not included and the owner was rude and did not want to make the experience right. Fast forward to after we started going somewhere else and would resort back from time to time after we were over the prior issues. Still bad. Worse even. But the brain forgets things. So we ordered tonight since they're open later than most. It was beyond gross. Got a grilled cheese for my daughter and it was barely grilled so the bread was still uncooked and the cheese completely unmelted. The salad had nothing but tomatoes. Just gross. Don't order from here. They don't care about their food or customers and it's embarrassing what they send out.

Great food, sometimes a little heavy on the cheese, so if you get pasta or calzone, and don't love the extra cheese, ask for less, because the food is very good and I would hate to have dairy stand in the way of their sales. But if you are looking for a great salad, I pick this place over all the other locals, they have the best salads around.
