The customer service in this location, particularly the manager, is appalling. He’s rude, he’s disrespectful to both paying customers and his hardworking employees. I’ve never heard a store manager swear at an employee and a customer in the same 5 minute span. The fact that the franchise owner hasn’t addressed this behavior (by the way this isn’t the first time I’ve seen this) is nothing short of poor business practice. The manager needs to be replaced with someone who recognizes that customers are what keep your business alive. I hope someone addresses this vile behavior and hires a new manager before the location has to shut down.

Absolutely horrible service, the person at the window couldn’t even be bothered to look at us when we picked up our order. The inside is closed and you have to go through the drive through, no signs to indicate this, just a locked door and dirty looks if you try to get in. I can’t wait to see what goes in when this place finally closes.

Food is good. The manager inside is an a*******… I bought a meal with spicy nuggets and I didn’t get any. I got regular nuggets instead. I told the kid at the front that I ordered spicy nuggets and not regular and out of nowhere, the manager goes “don’t cook any more nuggets unless I say so. Nobody wants those things like that” and the kid replies “…well he does…”. All of this happening in front of my face I couldn’t help but laugh at the manager for his attitude, how he treats his coworkers, and also how he represents himself as someone who works as a full time manager as Wendy’s.

Consistently the worst service and rude employees I have ever encountered in my life. It has been like this since it opened a few years ago and literally every time I have gone there it has been a very negative experience on account of the rude staff. Tonight was the last straw for me, I willGo out of my way to never patronize this place ever again.I’ve never seen anything like it. It seems as if everyone who works there is having the absolute worst day of their life when you pull up to that drive-through speaker and window.

I really didn't like this place. Thry took forever to come to the speaker in the drive-thru, despite no one ahead of us. The girl that finally got on the speaker was talking to someone else. She kept asking us what we wanted even though we told her numerous times. You could hear her giggling most of the time. We got our order but half the order was missing. So we told her. She just walked away. We stayed at the window and she finally came back and handed the rest of the order. Never said a word. All the food was cold. Like refrigerator cold. And there was like an inch thick slab of mayonnaise on my burger. It was everywhere. It was not a good experience. Would definitely not recommend.

I agree with all the reviews about the manager being rude and unprofessional. I ordered a frosty today and he chastised me for asking for a straw. He said "Don't ask us for a straw ever again, it's an ice cream you eat it with a spoon"....dude then why do you put a drink cover on it? Super unprofessional...will just go up the highway to Hanover next time.

Worst customer service ever. No wonder Rockland, MA has a one star rating. It's 03/12/24 @1450 and just got yelled at at the drive through by a guy who was too busy with his personal conversation to even look at me. Thanks for throwing my bag of food at me. There's a reason your thirty something and work at the drive thru window. And why are all the doors locked? Losing customers faster than new ones are born!

This was just wrong. First of all I bit into a junior bacon cheeseburger and I was shocked to feel something really hard. I was sure I was going to pull out a piece of plastic of sorts as my teeth didn’t break through this. IT WAS BACON???? What??? Ok. Well I’m new so maybe their bacon is just usually hard as a rock. When I tell you I about broke off my front teeth. The entire thing was cold. The cheese wasn’t the slightest bit of melted it actually seemed like it was just out of the fridge. I wouldn’t feed that to wild animals. Got the chicken junior whatever for a safety net so I went for that instead. Nope. I think it was made 8 hours prior. Icy cold, hard, skinny little chicken substance slathered in mayo so thick I had to remove it. Also inedible. Next up I had nuggets for the dogs. I ate one of those. It’s been an hour, I’m sweating and I feel like I’m gonna throw up any moment now. Employees looked about 14. Don’t go there if you are dying. Just don’t.

Went into order inside! After a minute I was asked to wait! Only one in there! Had to wait for someone to come out front to wait on me then that person couldn't even sign in to the register! Took my order and walked away! A man filling an order was talking on the phone (speaker) finally someone filled the order!! She was the only pleasant person there that apologized for the wait!! It would have been quicker probably to go thru drive thru!! Apparently they are not used to dealing with people in the store!!

Visit on 2/23/24. Heavy set gentleman with shaved head taking orders, who I believe is a manager as he has a different shirt, is the rudest person. I’ve been to this one a few times and he is always unpleasant on the speaker but today I decided to say something. Alls I said to him is that he should cheer up and that he sounds sad or mad or upset. He responded by telling me he doesn’t care about my opinion because he only wants my money and that it’s not like I’m going to be at his deathbed so he didn’t care what I had to say. You will never get my money again and if I could put less than a star I would.
