I go here all the time BUT, There overnight staff between the hours 10-2 am on be lying to customers about machines not working. For example if you order a toasted almond latte they would help you it not working so they don’t have to make it or clean the machine. But go in the that morning it working perfectly fine. The worst customer services and laziness in my life.

This Dunkin’s always closes earlier than they actually do. They’re supposed to close at 7 pm and anytime I go at 6:30 or sometimes earlier the doors are already locked and mobile orders do not get refunded. They just dismiss

The person working the register right now, is rude to me every time I come in.I think she has problem waiting on white people.You can look at my other reviews, I don't sit on here getting all excited about giving crumby reviews. Because, I don't do that.I'm posting this, because EVERYTIME I've been in, she had been rude to me.I think it's because I'm white.I've never been rude. I know the products. Don't waste people's time, and I tip.And yes, this does happen.

I feel like they need to hire people that understand English better because when I order my coffee and all I order is a coffee cream and no sugar and they screw it up every time every single time so now I don't go there anymore I go to
